If you are visiting Stockholm and like photography or just want to view the whole city…. then this is the place… There you can find view points, park, old buildings and probably many other people walking around… During the summer you can enjoy sunsets as well…

This is a great observation deck it has panoramic views of the city of Stockholm from here. We only spent a few minutes here but I could imagine how some people could spend hours here. There is also many benches here to sit relax and take in the views from here. When we were here there were quite a few people but there were still benches too sit down and there lots of people taking photos. I would definitely come back here again if in Stockholm again. If I lived here I could see my self coming here often.

Absolutely unmatched views of the city hall and Stockholm city from this place.. Beautiful path and walkways and unlimited photo opportunities.. if taken well, pictures from this place can be that one best photo from Stockholm.. Multiple places to sit and relax as well.. Situated about 500 metres from Mariatorget T-bana..

What an amazing view! Very easy to reach with a bit of climbing steep streets but the panorama from up here is breathtaking. Stockholm is really picturesque and maybe this is one of the best places to take great pictures of the city.

Most buildings and streets in the area are from the 18th century Excellent 18th-century roads and pavements which have been beautifully preserved The urban area is uniquely incorporated into the hilly landscape Monteliusvägen offers some of the most amazing views in Stockholm. Sehr schöner Weg, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen, allerdings sehr viele Leute und man muss stehen, da es nur wenige Bänke auf diesem Weg gibt.

A perfect place to see the city from the other side! The walking trail is about 30 minutes long! You can see city outlines and ship traffic!

Der Weg lohnt sich. Tolle Aussicht auf Stockholm. Es scheint meist viel los zu sein, zumindest bei gutem Wetter. Unbedingt die umliegenden Strassen erkunden, interessante Architektur.

Great photo place... It is in Sodermaln... It's walkable from Gamla stan 10min on foot... From there you have very nice view on Stockholm... When you come there you go through little quiet street... All recommendations for visit and take time with girlfriend and make photo

Fantastic panorama view over major part of the beautiful city of Stockholm. The sunset was especially breathtaking to observe from there.

Definitely visit this place if you are in Stockholm! This is the best spot for seeing the whole city at once. There aren't any road siign which would show the direction, but the indicated position on Google Maps is correct.

Here you can experience a fantastic view of Riddarholmen, Central Station, Kungsholmen, Västerbron, Gamlestan and the City Hall. Different hours of the day and different seasons create absolutely fantastic landscape views. Here you can sit and wait for sunset. Recommend getting here 10-15 minutes before sunset to familiarize yourself with the location and find the right angle to take pictures. Recommend also bringing warm clothes if it's not summer.

Very nice scenery of Stockholm can be seen from the site. The place itself offers some opportunity of exploration, but it's rather limited. This place is easily accessible, but knowing how to get there might not be totally obvious at first. Definitely worth a visit if a nice view of the city is what you're after.

Als Teil eines Fussgängerweges entlang der Altstadt, ist dies ein schöner Halt, um einen wirklichen Rundblick auf einen grossen Teil von Stockholm zu genießen. Bänke zum Erholen sind vorhanden. In den Abendstunden eher wenig besucht. Empfehlenswert!

That spot to take a panoramic photo of stockholm. Popular for locals to have a beer with a breathtaking view over the the old town. I can only recommend for any visitor of this city to come over and enjoy it its worth every step Specially the white summer nights will amaze you, sunsets at 23 30 and rise again at 01 30

Nice spot to have a view over downtown Stockholm. Nearby roads are paved with big stones, so no place to go with high heels.

It's a loveyl place to have a walk while having a view of Stockholm. it's not that busy and you can spot buildings that your probably recognize while sightseeing.

Beautiful view of Stockholm's skyline. I will definitely recommend to visit if you are a tourist or even a resident. It is very easy to reach too - tunnelbana station Mariatorget and then a 7 min walk on the stone paved way. There are many places to sit and enjoy the view. Grab a coffee from the nearby kiosks and relax with the view.

Best view in Stockholm, you can’t deny it. It’s great enough that this city has more islands than proper main land - but the fact that these islands are mountainous enough for views like that makes me extremely happy! You should certainly check this out!!

Must see! I think it is not so well known attraction. Was nobody there! But it's the best panoramic view on whole city! Really good idea! Should be in every guide! :) Or not... Leave the place for me, no worries!
