Lovely park right in the heart of Stockholm! The beauty of this place speaks volumes of why Stockholm is so beautiful. A great place for a walk, run, date, cycling trip or just simply relaxing 😁

I enjoyed the peacefulness of my walk through the woods. The trails are well marked and can make a good workout should you wish to do so. Interesting how much they just leave it to nature rather than trying to manicure it to make it look pretty.

Wonderful old but well-maintained houses, manicured parks and courtyards, cafes and museums surrounded by the sea. An ideal place for a walk with the family on a beautiful summer day. If you don't know whether you should go shopping in the shops in the center or in Djurgården, choose Djurgården!

Beautiful day out. Walk the whole island as it's remarkable and honestly the most peaceful place in Stockholm. We went on a blistering hot day and didn't see anymore than 10 people walking or jogging. Amazing central forest that has wild deers and beautiful birds to spot. Honestly the best thing in Sweden and its free!

Most now unique places in Stockholm. Beautiful nature. You can take a day trip around the island and learn about its history. Good idea for a day trip and picknick.

This city park in Sweden is actually located on its own island. Its name translates roughly to "animal garden," named as such because it's been a zoological garden since the 16th century. Once used as hunting grounds for the royal family, today it is home to biking and walking trails, museums, gardens and palaces, and is still owned by the Swedish monarchy.

A must when visiting Stockholm. There is a lot of everything: museums (Vasa and Abba and Prince Eugene), amusement park and a wonderful walk all around. Many places to stop and eat and have a drink, like Rosenlundsträdgård etc.

Djurgården ist wunderschön. Es gibt so viel Schönes zu sehen und kaum Menschen. Jede*r, der/die nach Stockholm kommt, sollte nach Djurgården. Sehr gut mit Tram, Bus und Fähre zu erreichen

Such a cool park, and we came at the right time to see all of the baby geese!! It's also fun to watch the ocean busses going into the water.

A lovely massive national park on an island in the centre of Stockholm, includes many attractions like the museums, surrounded by the river and lakes, you can easily spot deers running around in open. This place depicts calmness and peace!

Lovely and HUGE park. I’d advice to rent a bike or a scooter and enjoy 2 hours of cycling in it… come in the morning before 11am if you wanted peace. After 12pm it’s gets a bit crowded. Either way, a must vais it when in Stockholm

Wonderful place to visit, either for a long walk or to have fika in some of the cozy cafés. Don't forget to visit the different museums too!

Most favourite n the best park I have ever been. Lucky to live in Stockholm to have access to such a nice place . It has everything a city park needs. Water , nature, trees🌳, flowers 🌸 , birds, badsplats, cafes for a fika ☕️. Basically if I have no plan this is where I come and I’m always glad I do.

Walking the Djurgården canal in autumn is just amazing. It's a very long an romantic walk, I definitely recommend. There's not many people around here even though it's so close to the city.
