Elizabeth did not inform us that we would take public transportation . She made us walk a long distance from our cruise to the town bus . My mother with bilateral knee surgeries had difficulties to walk from our MSC cruise to the bus. But she didn’t care … Also When i asked her if she could explain a little bit in English to my daughter as she did not speak English , she then said ‘NO , i can’t”.
