Most unprofessional place ever! I brought in a SEK 50,000 watch (Panerai Luminor) to get a spring fixed. They charged me SEK 2,200. Within a week, a screw came out and damaged the spring they supposedly replaced. I went back and they refused to fix it arguing that most customers are liars, drop their watch and ask for free repair. My watch is in perfect mint condition but still, that front desk lady claimed that it must have been my fault and they will charge me the same to fix their own mistake. It’s simply embarrassing for them and I wouldn’t trust them to replace a battery on a Casio watch!

They charged 100 kr for changing a little piece in my watchs belt, when in other places I got that fixed for 10 kr.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who knows what it means to put the customer in focus and to start from the customer's needs and desires and not the other way around. I'll definitely be doing business with them again!

Excellent store, run by amazingly kind people. Really impressive collection of Tissot, Certina, Oris, Seiko watches, to name a few. The prices are super competitive and sometimes even lower than online figures. 10/10 would recommend going there, discussing your needs with the store owners and hearing out their suggestions!

A cute little store, packed to the brim with watches. Lovely people running the store. Their selection is very broad and the highest end watches available are Longines, Oris, Tissot, Certina, etc. It feels like a store in which time stood still, reminded me of my childhood. A great place to just browse and look at all the watches out there, besides "high end luxury". Definitvely recommend visiting.

I went to reduce the size of my watch bracelet. They charged me 350kr for a two minute job! Without even telling me the price in the beginning, they just typed the price. Out of curiosity i went to a proper, professional place at NK and said that they would charge me max 100kr for such a job. Also their behaviour was unprofessional, it looks like one of these cheap tourist shops that charge according to how the sales person feels at the moment.
