This store has collection only for boys and girls...there is no children's clothes to be found here..but you can cross the road and there are 2 more H&M

This is a wonderful store in the heart of the city and you can find any kind of items here. One thing you can find a bit weird is that you can find both shorts and coats at the same time as usually stores sell according to the weather and the weather conditions is so changeable in Sweden

Honestly, I’ve been getting more and more disappointed with H&M. The quality is often way below high street, the sizing is off and it’s just an overall disappointment. I ordered from H&M 3 times this year and EACH TIME I returned every single outfit for that exact reason.

This is a very nice place. It has a lot of varieties of clothes and dresses. To be frank, this place has excellent dresses for the chepaest price range in the whole city. A lot of discounts are available too. Easy shopping. Customer care is good. A must visit place.

Good located HM store near the Central Station, so lots of people are guaranteed. Variety of items is good, divided into several groups. The prices are really tasty :-) especially for discount items marked with the red sticker. The only problem typical for all clothing stores - long queues to the women's dressing room )))

Like any other h&m. Quality is good. Prices are affordable. The sales sections are not so big and not much in price reduction compared to other shops

It's a really big HM ,a little hectic and messy and quite unorganized but that's largely due to the amount of customers as it's on a very busy Street. Friendly staff at check out and I found my size and good prices.

I always buy children's clothing, underwear, tights, and school attire at this store. The quality is good, and the prices are reasonable. Perfect for daycare and school outfits.

This store is good with clothes and other accessories. Also this is just in front of the metro station entry. One thing which spooked me that employees are the worst. I forgot my card there and these guys denied that they discovered any card. Just very next day they tried to use my card for transaction. They are biggest fraud and insensitive towards customer.

The Fall line is chic and feminine (for you ladies). I love the non-ambiguous definitions in this year's designs. Self check is the best addition ever - skip the long line of shoppers and dance out with good fashion.

Huge store, great location.

Nearly every time I visit the Drottninggatan location at lunch time, the store smells overwhelmingly of microwaved fish. Maybe one of the staff really loves fish for lunch? It permeates the entire store.

Den Laden an sich finde ich echt gut, doch die letzten 2-3 Monate finde ich keine Klamotten mehr bei H&M die mir gefallen ): Sonst hab ich immer was gefunden. Und die Neusortierung im Untergeschoss ist nicht so gut. Ich fand es vorher besser. Würde 3,8 ☆ geben.

Got my purchase practically thrown at me in an unfolded heap after paying. Only online shopping from now on.

i love this store, but the staff is the rudest, feels like they are going to pay me not all the way around. my advise to them, if you are not happy working with customers just quite and find something else. would never come back to this store again. WORK ON CUSTUMER SERVICE.

Was looking for a cotton pajamas pants in size M. They only had XS or XL and only 1 colour.

Nice place for shopping clothes with reasonable price.. i need gloves for my little one n got prefectly what I was looking for.

Unfortunately the customer support for the German online shop orders of H&M have such an appaling service level, that I had to quit buying here. The customer support seems to be staffed with unexperienced people who answer calls from home as a side job. This might safe some money on someones spreadsheet, but will destroy the brand in the long term.

For medium class, best place to shopping...

Good price, organised shop, nice staff

A gigantic h&m store located at the downtown of Stockholm. It's got every section you can expect from h&m, and even another store across the road!

We were looking for pregnancy clothes and they have a big area with it. We haven't checked all the nearby h&m stores but from the ones we have checked this one has the most pregnancy clothing available. This makes it stand out from the others. Other than that it's like any h&m store.

I was really disappointed by the attitude of the staff at the fitting room there. I went there three times to try multiple outfit as I didn't have the right size, also I always take time to make up my mind about choosing clothes. When I went there for the fourth time, I was not entirely sure whether I would try or just leave the dress behind there, it looked like the sales girl has closed the place, i asked her to be sure. She answered quite rudely. I understand that they have lot of pressure and have to arrange the clothes people leave behind. But that's how outlets like h&m are. It's 'fast fashion'. I did choose one piece of garment and paid for it. I didn't appreciate her attitude at all.

They were really helpful. I went there to change the clothes I bought and didn't know how it was done since it was my first time doing that in Sweden. Even with my broken Swedish they were really polite.
