Helpful store owner/assistant. Very good at making the sale 😅 Byredo has really nice perfumes, if only I could afford to buy more than one at a time. Now that I think back, I could have bought two 50ml bottles instead of 100ml Always clever in the retrospective ;)

Very renowned perfume shop, they have all kind of fragrance items. Their fragrances are sooo good and also quite expensive. They have liquid hand soap, hand lotions, perfumes etc. Highly recommended for fragrance enthusiasts.

Such an awesome store and absolutely great staff. Had to buy perfume for my wife and they walked me through the options and patiently helped me make the right choice. Thank you Guys!

I'm a big fan of Byredo, travelled from Hong Kong and pay the visit of the store. I have the best shopping experience with the friendly and knowledge staff. Happily bought 5 new perfumes, hand creams and candles with me, I have adequate amount of lovely perfume for the entire year. But I cannot wait for my next visit :)

Favorite perfumery based in Sweden! This is their flagship store and has everything from scents to body products to makeup. My personal favorites were La Tulipe and Casablanca Lily. I couldn’t choose between the hand cream, the hair perfume, and the scented oil, and the salesperson kept me entertained while I chose. My deliberation didn’t feel rushed though. Incredibly happy with my purchase and I just wish I bought everything I wanted because I realized it’s considerably more expensive to get Byredo products in the U.S. 100% would come back for the Casablanca Lily!

Big fan of Byredo but specifically of this store! The staff is incredibly helpful and patient, not to mention their kindness offering samples so one could try the perfumes for a few days before buying the full size. Even if you cannot make up your mind on the perfume you want, they’ll help you and answer all your questions. We even got a little treat from them! Customer service 10/10!

Amazing sales assistant, so bubbly and friendly, (Eugen). He knew I didn’t have a clue what I needed but he was so polite unpatronising and I left with what I needed. Such a lovely experience I will be back again.

I wanted to try out recent Byredo fragrances so I gave this shop a visit. The sales assistant was super helpful, nicely introducing every fragrance I wanted to try, while also giving suggestions based on my preferences. He was not constantly pushing to make a sale and we simply chatted about fragrances. He also answered all my questions about the Byredo products, even those out of stock. Definitely worth a visit if you are a fragrance enthusiast. :)

Pricey of course, but staff is very helpful and gave me a bunch of samples. Byredo's scents are amazing.

I had a perfume consultation with a friendly perfume assistant. The lady knew her stuff and we came up with 2 perfumes that suited me. I wasn't pestered to buy anything and was kindly given some perfume samples. I can now happily purchase at a later date having tried the samples.

Big fan of fragrances in general, I was in Stockholm visiting for a while and decided to pop at Byredo’s flagship store, being aware of the brand but not too familiar with the product. Was met by a lovely salesperson who clearly loved fragrances more than I do and guided me through almost all of their scents, going deep into their scent profiles and how they compared to other popular fragrances on the market. After a long talk, he insisted I didn’t buy anything before I gave it a full wear and offered me THIRTEEN samples for free, including of some of their most expensive scents. I left so pleased with the experience that I ended up later buying a full bottle of 1996, but unfortunately once I decided on the scent, I was already abroad. Excelent customer service and amazing products, highly recommend.

I was there last week and had a great time. Great service! The lady was patient with me and my questions. She went through various fragrances, took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided recommendations. She didn’t push me towards purchasing anything and even recommended that if needed I could buy the items at Duty free on my way back. Regardless I ended up buying the products I was most interested it and left happy and satisfied :)

I am a brand ambassador and as a huge fan of BYREDO. I have collected many fragrances. Nice scent, but recently price get crazy (over priced) and some staff are arrogant and unprofessional. There is no service mind that matches the brand image and quality. The pre-2020 staff were generally relatively good. The brand has grown a lot, but the local staff is under-qualified.

It's a small store, the staff was very attentive and I sampled a lot of great perfumes. They have some really good stuff here.

I recently ran out of my favourite Byredo fragrance (Mojave Ghost) and decided to visit this store for replenishment. I can only say that I left the store very impressed after being assisted by wonderful staff, including Marlene, who kindly advised me and invited me to consider other fragrances as well.
