What's the point? They never have any steel Rolex watches as they only sell to grey market resellers. This whole industry is really fishy.

Went there to ask about the servicing options for an Omega Seamaster watch. The staff were extremely nice and polite and helped me with my issue. In the end I did not need to get my watch serviced as it was doing well for its condition. The case back was not aligned properly and they even fixed it for free. Very nice service and definitely recommended. They have very nice collection as well. Do check them out.

I recently purchased a used Omega Seamaster that was originally purchased at Krons Ur in 1998. I brought the watch to their store to ask about having the bracelet resized. I received quick and kind help - and they were glad to see a watch, with all the box and warranty cards, that was purchased at the store over 20 years earlier. They gave me more than a 50% discount on the bracelet service. I appreciate your help. Thanks!

It was a perfect experience. Johanna was being very friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy an Oyster Perpetual but she explained gently that the Datejust was a better option. She helped me customise the watch and told me the difference between the designs. Johanna was not only beautiful, but also polite and professional. I would definitely recommend KRONS to my friends when they want a Rolex.

At first, I entered just to look at the selection, I wanted to see what was available. I had been looking aound for a nice mid-range time piece for daily wear, Swiss made of course. (Personally, I don't like wearing my higher end pieces on a daily basis) KRONS had a good selection and the staff was very friendly and offered excellent service. If you are considering getting a new time piece to add to your collection, I definitely recommend stopping by KRONS.
