    Worse customer communication. Is informed on two occasions when the car is ready, but the company does not hear back on either occasion that the car is apparently still not ready. Boring and nonchalant. Difficult for us to plan the time.

    Very disappointed with the so-called security service, which does not feel very safe at all. About three months after such a service, where the papers explicitly state that they checked the brake pipe and no rust attack is found, it feels extremely strange to get a 2nd on the inspection for just a rusty brake pipe. After half a day of trying to reach customer service, the answer was given that they can do nothing more than partly fix the problem (for a significantly higher price than what we got when contacting other workshops) and offer the cost of a re-inspection. Neither offer feels particularly enticing, the latter is also completely pointless as a repair will of course be done at a workshop that puts out 2s. Again, it feels extremely sad to get a 2nd when this should have been checked at service. It would have been much easier to fix the problem before the inspection. I am also now very doubtful if the service is really carried out according to all the steps on the service protocol or if it is neglected sometimes. Disappointed is the word! Edit: I was contacted quite immediately after the review was posted where I was asked to contact customer service for further discussions, which felt positive. Unfortunately, after a week there has been no feedback from customer service, so now the positive feeling has cooled considerably.

The worst imaginable service I have so far experienced from a workshop that is a so-called "brand workshop". The staff at this place are nonchalant, careless and seem to have no sense of customer service. Left a 4 month old car for minor sheet metal repair and when I got the car back its condition was worse than before the handover. The work had been carried out carelessly and sloppily, the interior of the car had not been protected during the work, which meant that everything was dusty and the upholstery stained. When we contacted the reception on site and the claim manager was emailed, none of them showed any interest in the situation. The one old man admitted that the work was done carelessly but he didn't know why? They had completely forgotten about a software update of the car that was supposed to be done in connection with the workshop work, and the hole without having an explanation fixed order was noted. Never again this workshop
