Expresso huse is a good coffe house with a great coffe is nice place to have a good talking, reading or even work cause all the time feels like a placeful place, you can take one of the swedies brod and have a great fika time 😊! This Sunday was quite full of people, it was difficult to have a table for groups

Slow service. Only one employee working. After I ordered my coffee he decided to take five more orders before starting to make my americano. All tables dirty and full of dirty glasses, cups and dishes.

Das Personal scheint hoffnungslos überfordert. App Bestellungen werden nur teilweise ausgeführt, mit Ausgaben bei vor Ort Bestellungen gemischt und wenn man nachfragt, scheinen sie keine Ahnung zu haben. Mehrere Gerichte warten auf, Abholung, wärend Kunden auf Ihre Bestellungen warten. Von Espresso House ist man eigentlich Besseres gewöhnt.

Quite busy so the employees cannot clean the place constantly so you'll be seeing some left overs on the tables, but the staff members are quite nice and you'll feel very welcomed here.

This Espresso House has plenty of seats most of the day which is nice to see in the city, though they seem to not have enough mugs whenever you sit in which makes it a little bit of a problem. The staff on most of the time though one time a shift manager ignored my request for Soya Milk with my coffee and instead put Mellanmjölk in my coffee. Rather than make a new one, he turned his back to me and just poured Soya Milk into the same coffee which had Mellanmjölk in. Due to the reasons of a lack of materials and occasional though infrequent instances of ignoring dairy-free requests, this Espresso House only gets 3 stars.

Good coffee and tasty snacks, plus relatively quiet for the city centre!

Very good location in the center of stockholm and at the basement of NK. But... no view... average quality of coffe ... Like all espresso houses they have a variety of cupcakes and sandwiches. Sandwiches are very tasty.

Very cosy, good pricing, high quality. Located at the lower ground level, near h&m home.

Very long queue. The hygiene in the shop can be improved. This is what I experienced in a Saturday afternoon. They simply need more staffs during peak time.

I always pass by in the NK Espresso House, which looks alluring, so I gave it a try. I had very high expectations because of the beautiful interior and peaceful ambiance, no doubt it's lovely but I'm very disappointed with the service. Not busy at all, 2 staffs behind the bar, just chatting, barely attentive to the customer ready to order. I'd rather get my coffee in some other place next time.

Dry and old Sandwiches. Really long waiting time in line. There is many better places

Coffe is good, but the café is really dirty. The tables were not cleaned for 30-40 minutes. Only when all the free tables were full with dirty dishes they decided to clean. and then they only took away the dishes. The bread crumbles stayed... the napkins on the floor were left lying around.
