Probably the only bakery place open on Odengatan during late evening hours.. Cozy warm comfortable spacious indoors are such a welcome move. Staff are friendly and they acknowledged their menu was mostly empty and might not look great.. you also have washrooms for both men and women separately. The vaniljbuller tasted fantastic.. The fact that this place is right behind a bus stop is so convenient..

What an amazing bakery located right next to the ice rink. It has the perfect cosy Swedish vintage interior vibes. It is bustling and clearly a very popular location amongst locals. The cakes are brilliant especially the mango and white chocolate dome. The vegetarian options are also great !!

Conflicted feeling. I see many good reviews about this cafe. It looks really cozy from outside with classic atmosphere. It's like a typical old style swedish cafe with plenty of bakery options. When I went inside, I am disappointed. The furniture and interior design is worn-out and look tired. The curtains need to be wash. The carpet seems like never vacuumed. I came around 16 which explains why the cake are mostly gone. I ordered a chocolate passion mouse cake which was quite good. I think this cafe has seen a better day and now need to be refreshed. The good thing is it closed quite late. It's kinda unusual in Stockholm, or Sweden.

Very good place with a very friendly and cute staff. Loved the tea 🍵 and the sandwiches 🥪 as well as the many tasty pastries! Very good place to stay for a fika! Though the fishes in the tank seemed a little depressed so they might need some of your very delicious dammsugare to cheer them up 😊

I wanted a good Swedish experience, and I was very satisfied with what I found here. Nothing much is cheap in Stockholm, but the meatballs with mash was less than nearly everywhere else I saw. It was fine, not much of a test of culinary art really. Wish I'd felt like a cake too. Love seeing the range of ages ascribed to the dining room... there's "50s-60s", "70s-80s", "60s-70s" in these reviews. Felt like 20s-30s Art Deco to me. Would gladly return.

Awesome coffee place, I had a decaf latte which was surprisingly good and the carrot cake was almost perfect. There are places to sit inside and outside, inside is a very cozy and retro place. The staff are polite and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place.

I tried to buy a bread today in Ritorno Konditori. I asked a typical English question: "may I have a loaf of bread". At this the seller, in a box-shaped cap, started a discussion with me, pretending he didn't understand what I told and suggesting that I didn't know English. I have never encountered such arrogance and rudeness. Of course I did not buy bread (BTW: very expensive). I do not recommend buying anything in Ritorno!

I would give minus star if i could. Worst experience ever. A male staff asked me if i could leave(In an implicit way) simply because there were a couple of customers queueing outside. There were many other customers sitting by themselves. I wonder why he would come up to me and ask this preposterous question?

Currently the best konditori in town! The pistachio and citron cake was very delicious with the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and acid. The semla was also delicious with hints of salted nuts! The place is too small so it's a little bit hard to move around inside.

This is our go-to fika place in Stockholm! Perfectly located in front of Vasaparken, with alfresco seating on sunny days. We always get their princess cake and tosca pastry, perfectly paired with a dark roasted brew coffee. Highly recommended this place! See you soon again.

Fantastic bakery with great staff! Semla is a must-get this time of the year, it is simply phenomenal there (the best one I have had around Stockholm). We also got sandwiches from them - which were great! Thick layer of butter, very fresh and crunchy lettuce, definitely recommend!

As always a delight being one of stockholms oldest cafés with loads of history. Used to be Astrid Lindgrens go to place. Good place for "Fika" and lunch with swedish meatballs as my favourite dish.

Good selection of delicious food, drinks and dessert. -very- popular during certain hours and while there is a lot of seating you may still find it a challenge to find a place to sit. But you can always get the food to go. Quality sandwiches made with fresh delicious bread. Coffee is good and quite aromatic, (you are able to smell it from a decent distance away). While I didn't have the opportunity to try one (yet) the desserts look quite amazing and there is quite the selection. Worth a trip if you are looking for any of the many choices they have to offer.

Amazing Selma and nice atmosphere. Almond pastry inside was delicious They have a huge eat in space inside so you don’t have to worry if you can have a seat. My favorite memory on Fat Tuesday Semla and Latte around 90kr.

Amazing baby-friendly place! Many sofas, quiet environment, no disturbing music, diaper-changing station in a spacious toilet, a huge mirror wall to entertain the baby👍

Delicious semla dessert in the downtown. Need to early to get the Selma, you won’t get one if you come late.

The best, really best of this place it's the staff. They are friendly, welcoming and kind. On top of that, the chia pudding, the chokladbollar (both vegan and normal ones) and the kardamombulle are phenomenal. So, of you are up for a nice fika I'm front of a great park, this is a place for you. My only recommendation is that the decor, albeit old, needs to be taken care.

A cool little gem in the heart of Stockholm with an interior decor reminiscent of the 50s or 60s. Definitely different from mainstream cafes with a cool atmosphere and plenty of regulars It has a nice selection of fresh and tasty pastries and drinks, though a bit on the expensive side (70kr for a regular black coffee and single pastry. A more reasonable price would have been 50kr). But overall I enjoyed the experience.

Stockholm’s most genuine old café. Wonderful atmosphere. And the award-winning pastries are superb. A true classic.

Cosy random cafe that is open late. It feels very 70’s ans 80’s in there which I like. Furniture is well used, everything doesn’t match or is modern. It’s kind of dark and woody. I liked it. Only wish they had nicer sweets to chose from

Cozy and eclectic coffee shop.... Good selection of fresh pastries and sandwiches, great coffee and outstanding service. This place draws the locals and trendy crowd. At lunch time it can get a little crowdy. If you get a table outside, you will have a great view of Vasastan's pulsating life style, including a view of Vasaparken, which is located across the street. Additionally, the cafe has bathrooms for its patrons; however the bathroom is not handicap friendly.

Great croissant, sandwiches, award-winning cardamom bun. The soup is a little bit salty to my taste.

Don't expect fancy but go there to enjoy good food, nice pastries and the ever smiling staff. It is very often crowded but usually you will find a table somewhere. Not much has happened since the 50s and it may look a bit worn but it is one of the few real "Konditori" left in Stockholm. Well worth the visit!

For travelers, I gave them 5 stars. Free wifi, rest rooms, warm water by self service, and staff are super helpful and friendly. Food is good with reasonal price. The waitress even helped me to move to another table because I am looking for a seat with better wifi. I stay here for a relax afternoon with my laptop (can charge here, too)

Ate the gulasch. Extremely small serving, and it was cold, so I sent it back. Got the same plate back; microwaved🤦
