The Sergels torg square is a large open space just down the main area of Kulturhuset and near a fountain when I was here in early May to me it seemed like there wasn’t a lot of places to sit such as benches but had a relaxing feeling. There was also a demonstration going on another day when we came here for the supper of Ukraine. There is also shopping and a few places for food at the plaza. To me the bigger attraction here is the cultural center at Kulturhuset. The square is in the heart of of the city of Stockholm and has a distinctive grey and white design here.

Quite nice place. A lot of departmental stores and central station is nearby. I had a lot of leisure time when I was here, so this place was great to spend my time. Lots of tourists attractions nearby. Make sure you check them if you have time. Good restaurants around including Burger King, MaCdonals.

This is certainly an iconic place in Stockholm, with its 1960s style architecture that oozed optimism about the future, but which in the end mostly enabled urban decay. The area has seen vast improvements in the last decade or two, but there's still a lot of depressingly grey concrete here.

What do you expect. It's central Stockholm plaza. Looks good for first fue visits. It gets new decorations from time to time. But over all cleanliness is avarage. During rush hours entrence to metro will be packed with people. Huge plus there's a lot different brand shops.

Located at the heart of Stockholm city, right in front of T-centraleon. Surrounded by shopping attractions, cultural centers, and restaurants. As a public space, it occasionally serves as a venue for protest assemblies. The atmosphere at Sergel Torg is vibrant and pleasant.

It's always good to see the most happening place in Stockholm. The glass tower is so good during night time

Different stores are closed by. But you have to be careful at night I would say. Some fast-food places are always full. So it's difficult to find a place to eat.

Sergels torg is a popular and main square in the center of Stockholm with a 37 meter high piece of art, the Crystal, which is made of glass and steel. There is an iconic triangular pattern of the pedestrian plaza. It is surrounded by the cultural center Kulturhuset, the Stockholm City Theatre, Swedbank, the Gallerian, many shops, and restaurants. I love the vibe, many events and live art performances take place.

Fantastic place to relax with a good weather. The area looks modern, smart, innovative, inspiring and comfortable. Lots of options to eat and drink and to enjoy yourself. Great views, lots of room and lots of people.

One landmark that is easy to navigate wherever you are on your way. In summer, at least in previous years, people like to sit on the steps and spend time.

Very clean area, accessible to catch train and metro to blue, green and red lines. Setups of 3 nobel week lights were incredible.

I like the vibe of this square, the Trams, people, shops, etc, it is really beautiful especially at nights that the centre towers lights turn on.

Very clean and well maintained. In the night it's a ghost town. There were hardly any people, especially when I went there. The way the place is built is very fascinating. You can almost see up to 5 different base structures at different levels.

Not sure what I think about this place, it's not pretty but still has something, like a pulse but I guess because it's in the middle of the city.

This is a place where everything begins and everything ends. There is one of the many exits from TCentalen, the main metro and commuter rail station, where practicaly all city rail lines intersect. If you ought to change the train to bus or tramb or walk or take a trotinet this is the place you go through. There two main city centar streets intercross and wherever you want to go it will be through this plaza. There you can take a walk or shopp for what ever you need because there are houndred of stores, you can visit art gallery or take place in the city's events. You can take a break and take a coffee or just sit at the vast steps and have a break. So whwerver you try to go it will have to be through this plaza and it is very beautiful so enjoy.

Nice place in the heart of Stockholm... Nice place for meeting people... It's a very big square... Always you see some people there... Some walking, some shopping... Especially is beautiful at night with light in nice color... Around you have so many Caffe and restaurants, and place for shopping... It's thing that when you in Stockholm you must walk by near once time... All recommendations

Go through this squire if you come from the train station and you're on your way to any other place in Stockholm. Nice (busy) atmosphere around here with some good connections in public transport or walking to other parts of the city.

Right in the heart of the city. Get to see art performances during warm days. Always have some attraction happening in this place. Must stroll around when in T-Centrale.

Square characteristic for its triangular floor pattern. Sergels torg square, or "plattan" is where a lot of protests/happenings start especially in the warmer weather on weekends. It is surrounded by shops and restaurants, direct entrance to the metro. Kulturhuset would be my favourite place around. There is a nice cafe/bistro on the top floor of Kulturhus which gives you a nice view of the square and area, if you get lucky with the seats, that is. This is one of the most recognisable areas of Stockholm, police car would often park in the middle of the square, supposedly there would be drug dealers around, or maybe it's just a city legend.

Potentially a great area for events, flea-market and other community activities, but most of the time a huge grey slab of worn down concrete. Sadly.
