I think their policy is that if one is not visibly dead they won’t take their situation seriously. I knew my condition & knew what medication to take but didn’t have my prescription with me on me since moving to Sweden yet the sharp pain in my left ear was too much to handle until Monday to call the health-center & take an appointment. Won’t be going there in the future

Not enough chairs, people are standing or sitting on the floor with the pain in legs. Processing 3 people in an hour. This can’t be called emergency.

Great personal- made all necessary checks for 2 years baby. Very friendly and helpful nurses. We came there at 5.30 pm and went home at 9-10 pm but already reassured that everything is in order

A wait time of 2 hours after arriving at 8am, but this was expected because they're busy helping a lot of people, and triage is a vital element of health care. They do great work here, they were kind and friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and cannot thank them enough.

Not at all interested in helping patients. I was referred here for acute sinusitis by Kry, Doktor 24, and my local Vårdcentral, yet Rosenlunds denies the ability to help patients with this ailment.

Doctor was really good. Great bedside manner, thorough. This acute center is one of the better ones in Sweden, certainly way better than Karolinska acute for kids. However, the front desk nurse was really rude and unable to tell me how long the wait was to be seen when I was with my 4 year old who hadn't eaten all morning and was bleeding from his ear. She should have been more sympathetic and given me a rough time frame. She told me people were dying and they were more important. I am empathetic to that however my primary concern was getting my son treated, and I should not have to worry about other patients when that is the sole job of the hospital (upping resources + having a sense of urgency for all cases).

I have been here at least 5 times (live nearby). To be honest it's not amazing service but considering it's healthcare in Sweden I think it's totay fine. Or Maybe i got lucky each time! I got all tests done and always met a doctor and got help when I was there. Good enough place.

Swedish healthcare system is just pathetic and horrible

Generally speaking, I’ve had a bad experience in Sweden regarding Health Care and Dentist. However, I found this place the worst of all Närakuts I’ve been to. The doctor that checked me on Dec 29 (around 5pm) did not answer all of my questions regarding the symptoms I had. He gave me the wrong diagnose and wrong medication (more than 500kr I paid for that) + 200kr for being checked by an “specialist”, the same that stated my case was not an emergency. The doctor that checked me two days after in the same place acted immediately and sent a referral to SOS Södermalm since it was an emergency. Thanks to the latter I had a referral for a surgery now in February, otherwise I wouldn’t have got it.

The best healthcare experience in Sweden so far! The doctors there were incredibly nice, caring, helpful, fast and super efficient. Just filled up some forms and waited for a couple of minutes. Ended up highly satisfied. I strongly recommend this närakut! :-)

Uncomfortable wait rooms, old equipment, some staff were nice, others very rude. Confusing wait room system. Super long wait times..

Totally unhelpful and prejudice. Without doing any tests I was told my pain wasn’t real and I was completely fine. Now I am still in excruciating pain and without a note to excuse me from work that I physically cannot do. These people should not be in the medical profession. Their lack of empathy or caring is inhumane.

Went there at 14:00, no queue at the entrance. Quick chat with a doctor, half an hour in the queue to take an x-ray and another half an hour to get the results. Pretty good service I’d say.
