They sell fur from abused animals!! It's time that Louis Vuitton/ lvmh stops the needless torture of animals and goes FUR FREE!!

Just today made my first purchase in the store. I've been before but never actually bought anything. I'm so happy with the experience. My helper was very kind and gave us information such as thing bought here are made in France, compared to American things that are made there and have a very different price point. I opted for embossing on my item and was promised it to be ready by tomorrow (I was at the store just before closing) which I was happy with. Although I got a phone call just 10 minutes after leaving saying the embossing was ready and that I could go back. So something like 15 minutes after closing I came back to take my item. That's five stars right there. Thank you so much!

Honestly, this LV store is has the worst service across all the ones we have been globally. Staff was super rude, not attentive and extremely hostile. The door(wo)men were condescending and judgemental. The first time I went to check the sizes, the staff gave the wrong information about the prices. The second time they just told us to wait as if we're less than those who made an appointment. It was only until later a trainee from Philippines help us and was apologetic about the wait. If the trainee has better manners and hospitality than the full-timers, the more experienced workers should be trained again, right?

As others have already pointed out in the reviews, this place is a disaster. Rude and inattentive staff that behaves as if they are doing a favor to let you buy a bag there. If you really want to buy a LV bag, try in another country.

I have read all the bad comment here and honestly i was scared when i had to go there. But then i didnt have a choice because i had too little time and i need to repair my bag asap. Then I went there to buy a small bag, perfume, and repair my alma bb that had a little broken stitching that came out from the bag. I had already an appointment (i made it a week before i went there). I came earlier and i waited in the line. It was snowing and in the evening of Saturday, there were not really crowded. When i got my turn to enter the store, i told them that i already had an appointment. They checked my name and told me to wait a few minutes. Then an assistant came and she was really nice. Her name is Bianca. I told her that i wanted to repair my bag, and nicely she told me that it might take 4-8 weeks to repair because they had to sent my bag somewhere else in europe. Then she took my bag and gave it to the repair specialist in their store. I waited no longer than 5 minutes and Bianca brought my bag back, and voila! The stitching was repaired, nicely!!! I was so happy because i didnt have to wait 8 weeks and the best thing is they did it for free! Yeaay. And then she assisted me to buy the bag and helped me to choose the parfume. After that, she gave me her card, even she helped meto wrap my paper bag with plastic because it was snowing outside. Thank you Bianca!!! So based on my experience, you can do some favors to help them work better because i believe they try their best to assist a lot of customers. Its better to make an appointment, choose your bag on the website before you go to the store, so when you are in the store, you already know what you will do and which bag you would like to buy. It helps them to assist us better 😊

Store manager has a very unpleasant manner and was unapologetic for his racist behavior. For the first time I sat in a store after completing a major purchase ended up tearing in the middle of the store, while this manager just sat across me and has no actions. My client adviser/sales associate was however a very nice lady and helped me to communicate in between and at least helped me to get tissues. This was such a traumatic experience for me and if it was not already the last night In Stockholm I would have returned all the purchases.

I'm not a big fan of LV but I had a good experience in here. Though I didn't like the perfumes for myself but they had unique scents of perfume as always. The staff were only a little bit unfriendly; which I think is the same in every popular brand store.

Don’t buy any jewelry that you intend to use more than a year. Didn’t swim or shower with the bracelet but the quality is way below standard of their handbags. In less than a year the product looks awful and no support to replace the low-quality product

We came here on vacation last month and were helped by Sat Grigoryan. She did an absolutely incredible job helping us shop for our items, giving us advice, and even helping my mother pick something out via FaceTime. She works extremely hard and was such a pleasure to work with overall. I’ve worked in retail myself and know how hard it can be but she has great energy, taste , and made our experience unforgettable. In short, she is an asset. Give her a raise. We also had a great experience on a separate day with an employee who’s name I believe was Nanaran - or something similar to that. I forgot to ask for her card but she was incredible as well. Also, yes there is a queue system as many other reviews on here have said. No it’s not a bad system. You wait your turn to be helped just like everybody else- doesn’t matter who you are or how much money you’ll be spending. They’ve got a ton of expensive goods and can’t just have 75 people roaming the store at a time. Be kind and you’ll get the same back.
