have
read
all
the
bad
comment
here
and
honestly
i
was
scared
when
i
had
to
go
there.
But
then
i
didnt
have
a
choice
because
i
had
too
little
time
and
i
need
to
repair
my
bag
asap.
Then
I
went
there
to
buy
a
small
bag,
perfume,
and
repair
my
alma
bb
that
had
a
little
broken
stitching
that
came
out
from
the
bag.
I
had
already
an
appointment
(i
made
it
a
week
before
i
went
there).
I
came
earlier
and
i
waited
in
the
line.
It
was
snowing
and
in
the
evening
of
Saturday,
there
were
not
really
crowded.
When
i
got
my
turn
to
enter
the
store,
i
told
them
that
i
already
had
an
appointment.
They
checked
my
name
and
told
me
to
wait
a
few
minutes.
Then
an
assistant
came
and
she
was
really
nice.
Her
name
is
Bianca.
I
told
her
that
i
wanted
to
repair
my
bag,
and
nicely
she
told
me
that
it
might
take
4-8
weeks
to
repair
because
they
had
to
sent
my
bag
somewhere
else
in
europe.
Then
she
took
my
bag
and
gave
it
to
the
repair
specialist
in
their
store.
I
waited
no
longer
than
5
minutes
and
Bianca
brought
my
bag
back,
and
voila!
The
stitching
was
repaired,
nicely!!!
I
was
so
happy
because
i
didnt
have
to
wait
8
weeks
and
the
best
thing
is
they
did
it
for
free!
Yeaay.
And
then
she
assisted
me
to
buy
the
bag
and
helped
me
to
choose
the
parfume.
After
that,
she
gave
me
her
card,
even
she
helped
meto
wrap
my
paper
bag
with
plastic
because
it
was
snowing
outside.

So
based
on
my
experience,
you
can
do
some
favors
to
help
them
work
better
because
i
believe
they
try
their
best
to
assist
a
lot
of
customers.
Its
better
to
make
an
appointment,
choose
your
bag
on
the
website
before
you
go
to
the
store,
so
when
you
are
in
the
store,
you
already
know
what
you
will
do
and
which
bag
you
would
like
to
buy.
It
helps
them
to
assist
us
better
😊
