OK - so I’m hooked! The clothes are not cheap - but the quality is excellent But why go to a store instead of buying online? That’s my only negative - the sizing doesn’t seem very consistent - so sometimes I can be a small / medium or large depending upon the item Staff have been really helpful and friendly - they don’t always have all sizes / colours on display but will find them Also fun to try the human deep freeze - to test clothes at -27C They also gave an alteration service that I haven’t tried ... yet

I find it difficult to shop at Norrona because the marketing images are predominantly of black males and exclude males like myself who are half Arab, half caucasian and males who are caucasian. It is disconcerting because it makes it more difficult to tell what the clothing may look like against my complexion and because black people make up significantly less of the population of my fellow male shoppers and residents of the city. Over representing one demographic so disproportionately and in such misalignment with myself and my fellow shoppers is hurtful. I feel sad and more resistant to paying money toward Norrona as a result.

Great shop, excellent quality clothing. High price but supreme quality. Staff very friendly and willing to help you find the correct clothing for the task at hand

Norrøna is Norrøna. Really good products, with top nodge materials and immaculate craftsmanship. The store itself was great, good looking, everything in order and super nice staff. Expensive.

Flagship store in the heart of Stockholm, good selection but not all sizes avaliable. Close to public transportation and parking relatively close by

Asked for a tax free form. The staff insisted I could not get a tax refund with destination Switzerland. I assume they wanted to close their shop rather than providing customer service.

Today, I visited this store because I found a hole inside of the pocket of my new Norrona down jacket that I'd ordered online from an independent retailer. The guy in the shop was super helpful and replaced my jacket straight away. Five star customer service. Thanks!

You have 7 years warranty I believe(almost too hard to believe). Friendly personal not pushy trying to sell you stuff. And the gear seems good quality but I've only had it for a while so that's still the test.

I like their gear. It is purpose built for the elements. A modern (read slim) fit. The staff was very helpful. I should be more comfortable this winter.
