Das Volvo Studio ist eher klein, dafür sehr informativ und wirklich zum Anfassen. Ich könnte in jedem Modell Platz nehmen und habe sämtliche Infos und Daten bekommen die ich wollte. Interessant und spannend waren auch die Oldtimer in einem traumhaften Zustand. Es hat Spaß gemacht und wichtig noch zu wissen...Das Volvo Studio liegt absolut zentral in der Innenstadt. TOP zu erreichen!

I am writing this review to express my enormous disappointment in how the issue with my car bumper is being handled by the Volvo team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. On the 20th July 2023 I purchased a Volvo XC40 in brand new conditions (6,000km only) in the Abu Dhabi branch. Together with the car, the Volvo team convinced me, in a very insistent way, to purchase Paint Protection Ceramic 2,500AED (Jade Protection). On the 26th July, the Volvo team arranged to apply the Jade Protection, but unfortunately the wrong application of this chemical product ruined the finish of the car bumper. After a few days on the 30th July, immediately after noticing it, I reported this matter to Volvo representatives. Since then, I have been requested to visit the Volvo workshop in Abu Dhabi to solve this issue, where they have applied a product treatment. However the issue came back exactly as before, right after the car had been washed a few days after the rectification. I notified the problem again on 13 August, but since then there hasn't been a definitive answer on how to solve the problem once and for all but only "don't worry" promises which have led to nowhere!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and VERY FRUSTRATED as my request to replace the bumper is being ignored! I don't want to go through a process of tentative rectifications and trying to adjust the issue on a superficial level. I also request please to talk with the Top Manager of Volvo in UAE because I feel my level of satisfaction as a customer is near to zero in regards to this issue. This matter is not my fault at all and I didn't even want to purchase the Jade Protection which caused the bumper colour to fade, but I went for the Jade Protection only because the Volvo sales team ha insisted until get me exhausted, however this is the end result, having a car with bumper ruined. This matter will be reported to all the Volvo representatives internationally because I don't feel right that such a luxury brand should be represented.

Nice place to check out the latest Volvo models. There is also a gift shop with Volvo swag but it is extremely expensive!

We had a group party arranged here, roughly 400 people, and this place is severely lacking toilets. Nice balcony with a view of Kungsträdgården

No very good when it's hot... Poor ventilation

Small little room used as a Volvo demo location. I visited during their promotion for new Volvo EX 90. It was a bit busy at that time.

I'm totally disappointed about the people there, I went today to book a test drive. But the woman there was very poor in knowledge, she didn't know what is alcantara?! Really? How they can sell the cars?! I really want to talk with someone from volvo, because I want to tell them.

2 stars because of not being able to come in even though they say it is closed. (there was a man inside at a desk). Apparently, it’s supposed to be under construction and meanwhile opening a pop-up store at Regeringsgatan 61 which will open the 5th of April.... a little late I’d say.... Now at the moment, I am not able to go to any Volvo Studio Stockholm as I’m leaving before the pop-up store opens...
