We walked in uncertain after reading average reviews but our visit changed our perception. Ferdinando was a great help, I couldn't have find the appropriate clothes for my wedding day without his efforts and sense of style. He was very patience with us during the whole visit. He listened to us and recommended the best and matching clothing items. He was friendly and sincere with his work. In the end, we walked out satisfied. We found everything we needed with Ferdinando's help. The trousers needed length adjustments. Ferdinando was kind enough to offer his help. He got the trousers fixed with their tailor and he sent it to us in Kalmar via post. He went out of his way to help us and make our wedding day a huge success with his recommendations and style. Definitely recommended.

It is a big chain, but quality is fine for the price. Service is especially good when compared with other shops in the area, with people working there capable and happy to help. This does not happen often in that part of the city.

Watch out for poor quality and bad service I bought 2 suits in the Stockholm store. Both suit pants wore out quickly, unlike suits from Boss, Tiger or Armani. When contacting the store, the store manager both times refused any refund, but offered 30% discount on new pants.For both suits, they were worn less than a year, but the models were out of stock, so any news pants would not be matching. I would have expected at least free new pants for each suit, or a significant discount on new suits. They were each >600€ suits, but I found the quality wanting and the customer service really bad.
