Nice shop and staff but limited stock

Extremely poor customer service online and in store. two separate items delivered incorrectly, then provided inaccurate store opening times twice! When I went in a third time the shop was randomly closed for cleaning during prime time lunch hour. When raised with staff, their response was poor and defensive. AVOID buying anything here.

Went in with my girlfriend who was treated like a leper as they didn’t have her larger size moved on and found a store with very friendly staff and equally as premium brand but treated us like we were good enough to wear their products

Excellent service in store today. I wanted to exchange some jeans ordered on line that were a poor fit. The lady who served me was incredibly good at her job and went to a lot of trouble to help me find the right pair.
