Parkdean
online
swimming
booking
system
is
inaccessible
with
your
holiday
reference
number
if
you
booked
your
holiday
via
Hoseseasons
or
other
sites.
The
online
booking
system
only
works
if
your
holiday
is
booked
directly
via
Parkdean
with
a
Parkdean
reference
number.
Told
over
the
phone
before
start
of
holiday
and
also
at
holiday
park
reception
you
could
still
book
even
with
third
party
reference
but
I
assure
you
this
is
incorrect
as
tried
several
times.
Could
only
book
30
minute
swimming
pool
sessions
on
site
at
poolside
due
to
"being
too
busy"
but
when
looking
through
window
of
pool
area
at
various
"busy"
periods
there
were
hardly
any
people
in
the
pool,
not
worth
the
hassle
of
changing
kids
etc.
for
30
minute
swim
time
and
no
lockers
present,
small
changing
cubicles
and
hardly
any.
You
have
to
take
shoes
off
before
entering
changing
area,
so
after
drying
off
after
swim
(still
covered
in
chlorine)
you
have
to
walk
to
entrance
of
pool
area
then
dry
your
feet
and
put
socks
and
shoes
on
whilst
blocking
the
only
entrance
in
and
out
of
pool
whilst
balancing
on
one
leg
as
no
chairs
provided.
Really
bad.
Pool
water
temperature
at
bare
minimum
so
not
good
at
all
but
around
3
or
4
years
ago
Parkdean
pools
were
definitely
far
warmer
so
obviously
the
company
is
saving
energy
costs.
Only
2
showers
in
total
at
pool
area
which
is
quite
pathetic,
well
below
what
required
and
waste
of
time
anyway
as
water
was
always
very
cold,
no
warmth
whatsoever
so
not
able
to
shower
in
any
way
before
or
after
swimming.
You
are
meant
to
shower
before
going
in
pool
(pool
rules)
I
witnessed
kids
crying
as
they
tried
to
go
under
the
shower
due
to
the
freezing
temperature.
The
swimming
was
not
fun
at
all
so
my
family
stopped
going
due
to
reasons
mentioned.
My
kids
normally
love
swimming
and
was
one
of
the
reasons
we
selected
this
park
due
to
the
pool
and
beach.
Not
able
to
get
to
Beach
due
to
the
beach
being
at
much
lower
level
and
the
only
steps
down
to
it
were
far
too
steep
and
very
dangerous.
The
beach
can
be
accessed
a
bit
easier
at
opposite
end
of
caravan
park
but
even
still,
it
is
accessed
via
walking
down
steep
steps
for
5
minutes
which
which
even
for
a
fit
person
are
a
struggle
to
navigate.
A
young
child
or
older
person,
disabled
person
would
really
struggle
or
not
manage
at
all,
wheelchairs
definitely
cannot
access
Beach
due
to
steepness
of
descent.
The
only
positive
was
the
caravan
which
was
decent
and
clean
but
was
situated
really
far
from
the
main
complex
area
so
had
to
drive
to
it
each
time
due
to
taking
far
too
long
to
walk
to
it.
Was
a
football
court
but
kids
could
not
get
use
of
it
as
far
too
busy
at
all
times
even
in
the
rain.
Warning
-
Do
not
buy
from
the
on-site
chip
van,
charged
me
£4
for
the
smallest
portion
of
chips
I
have
ever
been
served
in
my
ensure
life
and
I
am
not
exaggerating,
felt
like
I
had
been
robbed,
totally
shocked,
they
also
tasted
terrible.
Myself,
my
wife
and
3
kids
did
not
enjoy
our
7
day
holiday
at
all
due
to
these
issues
and
decided
to
leave
early
so
would
not
recommend
Crimdon
Dene
to
others.
