Great customer service, was quoted £10 for a front door key to be cut by Timpsons, messaged Lock-Tec who said they could do for £4! Got back to me really quickly and good service in the shop.... would never darken Timpsons door again, so greedy, would highly recommend Lock-Tec

Terrible service, appalling owners’ attitude! Came into to branch to buy a padlock and was sold on a NEW brand that was stated by the assistant to take over, who also confirmed spare keys were no problem. I ordered the lock with 4 extra keys. 20 minutes of standing around, I was eventually told by the owner they had no spare blanks for these locks! I explained it was not ideal to keep customers waiting so long and recommending a lock they are unable to provide spare keys for! The owner abruptly lost his temper and told me to leave the shop and go somewhere else to buy a lock, rudely walking off whilst in conversation. They certainly won’t get any more of my business as a local business owner, nor anyone else’s I would say if they continue insulting customers in this manner.

Showed up bang on time. Did a great job fixing my French doors would definitely recommend to anyone. Good value for money as well.

Had problems with a Northwich DIY shop, tried twice and they even suggested I was opening the door wrongly? Tried these guys for the first time, copy opens the door better than the original. No fuss and a good job, particularly good to see them de-bearing the key to remove all those sharp bits from cutting, other places just give it a quick once over on a metal wheel but they were there doing a proper job and the results show the difference. Best £5 I have spent in a long time!
