Well.. They are very helpful. And biltema have many products that's really very cheap. Anyways.. It kinda sucked when I was there. It was many many empty shelves.. I weren't able to get 4 items. So I'm giving 3 stars Disappointed. But I hope they will improve their shop in Tønsberg because this isn't first time the shop had many many empty shelves. It's my 4th time experiencing this ✌🏻 Let's hope for improvement in future 😊

Definetely recommend to use the click & collect in stead of the in store experience. Store was crowded, and even though their app and website indicated they had 10+ of the item I was looking for, the shelf was empty. After asking 3 staffs (and lots of waiting) I was told it was only available for click and collect at the moment, and that I could order it and collect it the next day. That was 1.5 hours of driving and waiting wasted.

Biltema has a wide range of products for cars, bicycles, tools, equipment and caravan and camping accessories 😀. I purchased cat and dog supplies and gas and water 💧 cans.

Biltema is very good it's the cheapest place for car parts and tools but ofcourse the quality is according to the low price store. I go there many times and have bought many things there

They have everything you can imagine but most of the staff have no idea about cars. So if you want to buy any car parts you should know exatly the part you are looking for in the catalogue. But other then this staff is great and very helpfull and i dont expect everyone to know about cars.
