This salon is so accommodating! They are always willing to customize my treatments especially for my skin type. Customer service is impeccable!!! Please try them out. Noureen is a brow GAWD!!! Alfie was amazing as well her customer service was top tier!

Noreen is awesome, I have been a client of hers for most 4yrs now. Very professional and the prices are affordable! I left the review above a year ago because I love Noreen I have been a client of heres for 4years+. I usually make an appointment with her but on two occasions I decided to go in as a walk in and I was seviced by someone who never mentioned there name. I received a brazilian wax from this unknown esthetician which seemingly went well that is until the next day the skin where I had been waxed begin to scab up! The second (7/25/23) time I decided to allow this particular lady to service me I let her know that the last time she did my wax that she was to rough and that my skin had scabbed up which never happens when your wax is done right. She apologize and said that it won't happen again. I should have ran cause it was wayyyyyyyy worst then the last time. She couldn't get the hair off so she proceeded to wax the same area over and over again I told her she can't wax the same area repeatedly so she moved to a different area where she waxed the top of my clitoris. So I jumped up and told her not to touch me again. Inspite of the pain that I was feeling I felt violated I have been getting waxed for years and have NEVER experience any thing like it. This lady needs to be trained properly or you all are gone to have a law suit on your hands! I will never return to this salon again!

This is hands down one of the best wax places I’ve been to. Nisha was very attentive, had good vibes, was comfortable to be around, and very detail oriented. She was very careful and considerate at making sure the wax job was done thoroughly, and didn’t finish until it was up to her professional standards. She was even considerate enough to give me after care advice and I’ll definitely be seeing her again next time I need a Brazilian wax. The prices are really great, which makes it easy to tip higher, as these waxers deserve.

I’ve been going to this location for 3 years now. It’s always a different person working at this location when I go. Yesterday, I went and got a Brazilian wax. The lady that did my wax, was really rough. She burned me multiple times with the wax. Wax spilled on my leg and foot off the stick. My area was in so much pain when I left and she ripped the skin a little and didn’t get all the hair. She did the same areas over and over. She didn’t put power at the beginning and no oil at the end. Today my private area is till in PAIN and sore ! At this point I’m in needed of a new place.
