I
came
in
for
a
60-minute
massage.
I
had
been
sick
a
month
prior
and
it
was
three
weeks
since
I
had
any
symptoms,
but
I
decided
to
wear
a
mask
anyway
just
to
be
safe.
Everything
went
fine
until
I
met
the
masseuse
and
we
went
back
to
the
massage
room.
Before
we
entered
she
asked
if
I
was
wearing
the
mask
because
I
was
sick.
I
explained
that
it
had
been
weeks
since
my
last
symptoms
and
I
was
just
being
cautious.
She
immediately
told
me
they
can’t
give
me
a
massage,
and
I
need
to
get
tested
to
find
out
if
it’s
Covid.
After
explaining
my
situation
again
she
agreed
to
continue,
so
I
went
into
the
room
and
undressed
and
got
on
the
table.
I
laid
there
for
what
felt
like
10
minutes
before
she
finally
came
back
and
told
me
that
she
changed
her
mind
and
would
not
give
me
a
massage.
I
was
not
asked
if
I’d
like
to
reschedule,
or
get
a
massage
from
someone
else,
or
anything.
I
was
simply
told
to
get
dressed
and
leave.
As
I
walked
out,
neither
the
masseuse
nor
the
receptionist
said
a
single
word
to
me.
At
no
point
during
the
booking
or
check-in
process
was
there
any
indication
that
this
was
their
policy.
And
since
none
of
the
employees
were
wearing
masks
themselves,
I
find
it
strange
that
they
would
lecture
me
on
safety
precautions
when
I
was
clearly
doing
everything
I
could,
and
was
no
longer
sick
anyway.
All
I
wanted
was
some
relief
from
my
back
pain
and
the
very
stressful
week
I
was
already
having,
but
instead
I
was
put
through
this
embarrassing
situation
and
my
time
was
completely
wasted.
It
was
my
first
time
visiting
any
Massage
Envy
and
I
assure
it
will
be
my
last.
