    Terrible service. I bought my mother a gift card for Christmas. Had to rebook the appointment 3 different times. My mom finally got her massage 5 months later. The manager Tenille acknowledged that a former staff member messed up and won’t make it right. My mom ended up paying $110 when all she would’ve initially had to pay was the tip. The manager also wants us to bring the documents in order for them to process any sort of refund. Thanks for nothing!

    Not a fan. Called to book an appointment, because the web-sight was not working. I informed the person who I spoke with on the phone I would like the rapid tension relief and she said you should really do “the stretch” afterword for an additional $44. I then agreed, and when I showed up to the appointment all I received was “the stretch” and no massage. After my 30 min “stretch” I was told “that was it”. I mean what the heck, should probably change the name to stretch envy. Just sayin. “The stretch” was ok but not as what I expected at all.

    I came in for a 60-minute massage. I had been sick a month prior and it was three weeks since I had any symptoms, but I decided to wear a mask anyway just to be safe. Everything went fine until I met the masseuse and we went back to the massage room. Before we entered she asked if I was wearing the mask because I was sick. I explained that it had been weeks since my last symptoms and I was just being cautious. She immediately told me they can’t give me a massage, and I need to get tested to find out if it’s Covid. After explaining my situation again she agreed to continue, so I went into the room and undressed and got on the table. I laid there for what felt like 10 minutes before she finally came back and told me that she changed her mind and would not give me a massage. I was not asked if I’d like to reschedule, or get a massage from someone else, or anything. I was simply told to get dressed and leave. As I walked out, neither the masseuse nor the receptionist said a single word to me. At no point during the booking or check-in process was there any indication that this was their policy. And since none of the employees were wearing masks themselves, I find it strange that they would lecture me on safety precautions when I was clearly doing everything I could, and was no longer sick anyway. All I wanted was some relief from my back pain and the very stressful week I was already having, but instead I was put through this embarrassing situation and my time was completely wasted. It was my first time visiting any Massage Envy and I assure it will be my last.

    Had a facial with Casey. I told her I was there to relax and thats exactly what she helped me do! I have had a lot of facials where they educate the entire time and push product sales and she did not do that at all. I will definitely be back to see her!

    I scheduled a massage for the first time here and confirmed date and time twice with the person by phone. Arrived a few minutes early only to be told the appointment was a month out. Of course it wasn't their fault. I don't recommend this place and will never use them

    Roma is an excellent masseuse, but it’s so hard to book with her. We have been a member for years but every time we try to reserve a spot with Roma, she’s not available until months! Your receptionist said that Massage Envy blocks great masseuses like Roma for new members - UNFAIR!

    Vanda is a wonderful therapist. She provides a medicinal massage, at least that is what I call it. All my tight muscles are loosened, and relaxed. I don't feel sore afterward. She is amazing, lots of experience in knowing how to help the aching body. I highly recommend her to anyone.

    Rodrigo’s attention to detail in customizing my massage needs is outstanding! My back was a mess and he worked it out targeting all the problems spots. It was probable the best massage I had in quite some time. Today I woke up like new. Thanks!

    I was a member of Massage Envy for 9 years and 11 months. Right before I hit 10 years with them, I decided to cancel my membership because you have to prebook your massages 30-45+ days ahead of time to actually get one. Because I decided to cancel and not pay my 'latest' renewal fee, my account was frozen and I lost my massage credits. Management didn't care that I had been with them for so long, didn't care about the lack of availability... just didn't care and was not receptive to their own issues. In short, it's not worth it, look elsewhere. They use to be a much better company.

    I have been a member of massage envy for many many years and that was absolutely the absolute worst massage I’ve ever had in my life anywhere! She never asked at any time how I was doing, how the pressure was, if there was any other focus I needed. I asked her if she could increase it to medium pressure and she wasn’t able to. I felt like I just had a body rub. I definitely will be looking for another location as it’s impossible to get an appointment at your location also! I have enjoyed many great massages and facials at your location and this is the first time I have experienced a very unacceptable massage.

    I am a long time customer of Massage Envy, and I can say that their massage therapist’s are fantastic. There are too many of them for me to mention individually, but I have no reservations in recommending ME. The front desk personnel are wonderful, too.

    I have had a membership with massage envy for 8 years. I brought my sister to treat her and neither of us had a great experience. I would caution you to book at this location. However, when we voiced our concerns, the management took it very seriously and took care of us in the end.
