I had the absolute worst experience at my appointment yesterday. My dentist of many years recently sold his practice and the new partner does not accept my insurance anymore. That said, I went to Webster dentistry in LaGrange Park because they were in network for the plan that I have. I told them I had a broken filling in my lower left side. When I walked in the office, they asked me to complete a new patient questionnaire which asked all about my insurance coverages. I then went with a dental assistant, who took 18 pictures of my mouth, yes 18! A dental hygienist then came in did a cleaning and I waited for Dr. Perez. When she walked in she did absolutely no work, other than telling me about all these different problems that I had that I was never told about ever before. I then asked her why my prior dentists never mentioned anything about any of these matters, and her response to me was that older dentists tend to not be as PROACTIVE and all the work needs to be done as soon as possible. I asked her to estimate the amount of appointments this would require, and she couldn’t even give me a tentative number. I then told her that the broken filling was the primary reason I came in for the appointment today and asked her what treatment she would be providing . She said she’s entirely booked and can’t do anything about it immediately but that I can make another appointment August 15 and she’ll address it then. So bottom line is, Dr. Perez told me all these different things I need to have done, but didn’t even fix the primary reason I came in. I mentioned the broken filling in my online inquiry as the reason for the appointment. Also, when I was called by the receptionist I informed her of the issue as well. My prior dentist and his new dental partner then offered to review the x-rays as well as the chart Dr. Perez generated. Both were unsure about the extensions that she claimed I needed as well as why I needed to see multiple specialists for extensive new work when I’ve had no problems other than the broken filling . Bottom line, it became evident to me that the appointment’s purpose was to do as much initial work as possible given my insurance and attempt to book further appointments for more insurance claims. I will never ever go back to Dr. Perez again.

Although Dr Perez was friendly, it felt more like a professional friendly as opposed to a genuine friendly. I was sent on my way, with an exposed tooth from a crown that was completely gone, with a lukewarm concern. I was there July 19th and my appointment was scheduled for August 12th and with a different Doctor because Dr Perez's first available appointment was for the end of August despite expressing my concern about getting this taken care of as soon as possible.

I have been a patient at Webster Dental for some years now and always have been taken good care of. Last time I went to see a dentist I was referred for a root canal. I did indeed go to have a root canal and everything went well. When it reached time to make an appointment for a crown, I called webster to make an appointment for a crown post-root canal. The person who took phone told me we don't do root canal here. I repeated myself and said I need to come in post root canal, I was given the same answer. Asked the person who took the phone whether she understood what Post-root canal meant and after explaining to her is when she made me my appointment. Then my last appointment when I was supposed to get a crown, I waited for one full hour to be seen. My appointment was at 12:00pm and by 1pm is when the dentist began working on me. I was so disappointed. Webster you can do better than that.

Everyone from the front desk, hygienist, dentist and other staff are wonderful. They are caring, knowledgeable. I especially like that they don’t push unnecessary procedures. It really feels like a family.

Dr Janas is great and does really good work. She has done a crown and numerous fillings for me, great bedside manner. Highly recommend.

The staff is so friendly and kind. He was able to get me in right away as a new patient. Dr. Webster was very professional and explained everything to me!

This dental practice is FULL of fantastic and compassionate people. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been great so far, but there are a few who deserve extra recognition. Jessica is literally an angel and will go out of their way to make you comfortable. I have horrible anxiety and Jessica assisted on a tooth extraction and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Shebli is skilled and personable. I also cannot recommend Dr. Janas enough. She’s so mindful of patients with anxiety and you can tell just how highly she prioritizes comfort. I highly recommend this office, you won’t be disappointed.

I see "Webster Dental Care" regularly every 6 months because I care for proper dental hygiene. I have been going to and been satisfied with their services for more than 10yrs. They have yet to find that I've needed anything more than a professional cleaning. They have always looked closely at my 67 yr old mouth to see if some work was needed. So far, nothing has been needed. I guess I can say that --mother nature-- gave me a strong set of teeth and I've also learned quite well how to care for them! *** I believe Webster Dental does an excellent job ***

My hygienist was amazing and very kind, caring and professional in every way! I ask for her every time and enjoy her polish stories!

There are No appointments available until next year for new patients. I was recommended to go to this dentist location, but was pretty disappointed. I called a previous dentist office I used to go to and they had me scheduled for the following week.

Great experience when I went in for a routine cleaning. They were a new office for me so they made me feel very comfortable.
