Monique is amazing at what she does. She is quick and easy to talk to I will not go to anybody else now besides her. She can hold a conversation and be funny at the same time. She will make you forget you are getting waxed by making you feel comfortable and you will be done before you know it. She really is the best! Thank you Monique!

Excellent service by Kayla as usual. She is easy to talk with, express any concerns to and she addresses them. I couldn’t have a better wax specialist than Kayla! I must also give kudos to the front desk staff as well! Always pleasant and cordial. I’m always greeted with a smile and “may I help you” upon arrival and when leaving always the same! I’m asked how my service was, do I need to leave my specialist a tip, informed of my reward points and do I need to schedule my next appointment. This is always done with a pleasant smile. I’ve been a customer of this European Wax Location since it opened and have no interest or intention of going elsewhere.

Needed to be hair free for an upcoming Holiday event, Tiarra was absolutely amazing, she took care of me even when I accidentally left off a service she did it for me, it was like my best friend taking care of me. Will 100% be returning to see Tiarra! She’s fabulous!!!

I didn’t get the name of the woman at the front desk, but she was so sweet and helpful! Some of the best customer service ever! And Tiarra was so kind and professional! She took her time to explain everything to me and gave me helpful advice on the process. I usually never sign up for those bundle deals, but I had to because I had such a good experience that I know I’ll be coming back!

Vianey is the best! I have really coarse hair so it’s very painful getting a wax but I love how quick she is and does really well in distracting me from the pain. She is so nice! And I love seeing her knowing I will always get great service!
