The hotel is outdated. We were given a room that reeked so strongly of cigarette smoke that we couldn’t breathe after just 2 steps inside. We requested a room change, and they moved us to another one with the same odor, or perhaps slightly less. The bed was so repulsive that we lay on it fully clothed, avoiding getting under the sheets due to the extreme level of disgust. Both beds in the rooms had sheets torn from burns. The bathroom was no different, it was so disgusting that we preferred not to bathe until we reached the next hotel. In my opinion, the hotel rates 0/10.

Our room was so gross didn’t last ten minutes in there before fleeing! The sink was covered in someone’s hair and so was the sheet. There were signs of bedbugs when I pulled back the sheets. The bathtub was stained and rusted - I would never have gotten in it. Completely disgusting. Tried to charge us $40 more than the price we booked at, but did promptly refund us when we told them the room was uninhabitable.

Disgusting no wonder they do a no refund policy. I stayed here last night and was woken up and found bed bugs all over pillows and bed. I called and they didn’t even apologize or tried to come go an agreement. He was being rude and just kept angrily saying “no refund policy” we watched them “clean” the room this morning after checking out and they did it in less then 5 minutes. How is that a good room service ? No wonder there is bed bugs who knows what else there could be. DO NOT STAY HERE

Tried to make us pay twice, made us call customer support, then ignored the call from the service team. No customer support. No desk help. No explanation just "Pay me twice or don't get the room, theft!"

I feel sorry i couldnot give them negative stars. worst hotel still it manages to get into top booking site like #tripadvisor , #hotwire etc. Mr. Patel (Owner is a fraud) robs people with OYO. They just want to look your $80 for nothing. and all the negative comments are true. Don't Stay here!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews but The front desk manager is a scam artist, rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. I honestly have never experienced this kind of wickedness. I proceeded to the front desk to check in and this evil man told he would not accept my booking via Expedia because I reserved my room at a low price. I apologized and expressed that should be taking up with Expedia but tonight my booking should not be denied. He turned around and looked at me with like he wanted to physically hurt me. I have never been so scared in my life. Please do not book here.

BEWARE!! This place is horrible. Sheets were so thin that you could see thru them. They also had holes. Room had funny smell. Carpet was filthy. Toilet seat was falling off, Granite sink had two huge cracks in it. Bathroom corners were gross. Ceiling in bathroom was flaking and I'm pretty sure the ceiling above the shower had mold on it. I didn't want to touch anything and slept with my clothes on. Wall was so thin I could hear everything going on in the next room. Keep moving when you see this place.

LADIES BE CAREFUL Scaryiest place ever. I went there with my two kids and this strange man kept knocking on our door to get us to open it from 7. Pm at night til 10am.. our curtains was thin so u can see right Thur the window. He kept looking Though our window so I turned all the lights out so he can't see . ... I couldn't sleep my kidz where so scared we kept telling him to go away but he just insisted we open the door .. he asked us did we want some snacks and that he want to take up to breakfast.. I told him No. ! Then not even that our sheets wear dirty and towels wear thin and dull and room was smelling .... Our check out time was at 11 they maids and the manger knocked on our door at 1030 asking us to leave now. They rushed us out the room this is a horrible place to go .. it's not safe and its nasty .. I would not recommend this to anyone 💯

Everything was good except the towels were dingy and they only supplied a couple.

I hate it the place is disgusting like nasty I tried getting a room. The man says he has room but then says there no room I’m getting my rooms painted and lies because I’m African American. Someone needs to do and inspect and shut this place down it’s bad service. Bad customer service !!

The night attendant was nice. But the room itself was horrible. It smells really bad🤢. It reaked of cigarette smoke! The tub was dirty and had a ring around the bottom of the tub. The furniture was dirty. I don't think they changed that furniture since the early 90's. There was no microwave. I could not pay with my card. Cash only and they didn't even have change for an 5.00 bill. So I let him have the change. The T.V was so old that there are lines in it. Nothing there is modern. And there is an old phone, the attendant called me on. I thought maybe they had the wrong room and around 1050 am, someone comes banging on the door asking if I was leaving because he said I didn't answer the phone. Anyways, be cautious, I slept in my clothes because I was scared of bed bugs & other microscopic bugs. I would have paid more at a different hotel but they were all booked. Enter at your own risk😬

It feels like being in a ghetto gas station bathroom. left after 2 hours. I couldn't believe I paid to be there! It was so disgusting I felt like I was the one who should have been paid. It was so grimey and uncomfortable to just be in that room. I can't imagine anyone getting in that bed and being able to fall asleep in it. Also, I paid prior to arriving, but they will charge you again when you check in. I didn't have high expectations, but I was still severely disappointed in the room. Service was okay

Came here last night and couldn't stay. This place needs to be shut down until it's cleaned. I never knew slum motel owners existed. I'm definitely taking this personal and I'm calling someone in cook county health department about this. Then they act like they are doing you a favor by renting you a room. 1 star is still too good for this shame of a place. They don't give refunds either. It's ok, I got something for them though!

If I could leave zero stars I would. They HAVE BED BUGS!! I have pictures. After finding them crawling across the bedspread I immediately called front desk. The owner refused to refund any portion paid. Extremely rude. BEWARE
