Everyone there are so friendly and welcoming. The last dentist group I went to were of a cold , hurried and rough. Not here!! They were gentle and nice. I do recommend them very much.

They did a great job with my 5 and 7 year olds. Both kids had great experiences. Staff is extremely kind and so patient with kids. Office is cute and cozy.

Dr. Alex was perfect in assessing my intricate TMJ sleep apnea problem. Highly recommend them

Had a GREAT experience at Handcrafted Smiles! I called at 9am and they were able to get me in at 10am! I was in pain and needed a tooth pulled. It was over quickly and pain-free.I reccomend them to all older people who, like me, have been lax in their dental exams!

FYI: This is a detailed review after TWO visits (cleaning+cavity filling and whitening!) I am normally very hesitant with trying new dentist offices, but I had moved and my dentist from childhood to adulthood is now inconvenient and too far. I was having dinner with my close friend and I really admired how white her smile was. She told me her dentist helped straighten and whiten her teeth. I told her I am too nervous to go to a new dentist and had not gone for over 2-3 years. She spoke highly of the place and I got a little curious. I did my research online and saw the amazing reviews and decided I would finally check out the place myself. I scheduled for only a cleaning and nothing else as I was very nervous. They were very accommodating with the scheduling and got me in very quick as I had told them I have not seen a dentist in a while. They notified and confirmed my appointment via text (or email) which I loved. On the day of the appointment, my hygienist was Gina, who was very friendly and gentle. I also got to meet Dr. Kenny who told me I had a cavity. (My FIRST CAVITY ever! No wonder I had some weird sensitivity!) I freaked out a little but he reassured me he would take care of it and he did! I have heard of horror stories from friends and family about the pain of getting a cavity filled...but I felt nothing at all! Maybe it was his gentle touch or modern equipment or numbing technique?! I was very embarrassed for not having gone to the dentist in years, but the staff treated me like family on my first visit and were not judgmental at all. Instead they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Since my first visit went so well with Gina and Dr. Kenny, I asked about whitening before I left and got scheduled right away. I had some noticeable staining from my daily coffees and teas, so I honestly was not sure what to expect, but after the treatment I was VERY IMPRESSED! I have used Crest White Strips in the past, but they did minimal whitening and caused A LOT of sensitivity. I had minimal sensitivity with the treatment and my teeth looked SO GOOD!!! Definitely a confidence booster for me. I am so happy to say that I have a new dentist going forward! I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

My Family and I started coming to Handcraft Smile about a year ago, and we are very happy with the work they have done. The staff are very nice and friendly , the office is very clean and the dentists are extremely great at what they do.

I searched for a good dentist near me and came across handcrafted smiles. After checking out their website as well as reading the reviews, I decided to make an appointment with them. When I visited, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. I didn't have to wait that long before I was accommodated. The dentist did a good job with my fillings so I was pretty satisfied with it. Appointments are simple to schedule and the level of service is excellent. Will come and visit again if I ever need more dental care in the future.

Every visit is always so nice. The office is always clean, quiet, and bright. No one is judgmental or pushy about care. They are accommodating to people with anxiety and take their time to make sure you are comfortable. Many other dentist I have been to have been cold dark and painful experiences. This is always quick and easy.Thank you all!

My 4 year old just got a cleaning here and they were great! Took their time and were so sweet to her. Her goody bag had a ton of stickers, bouncy ball, ect. They go above and beyond to make kids happy.

So far so good I still have more work to be done on my teeth but I would have no problem recommending handcrafted smiles in Villa Park to anyone needing Dental Services. There's more work to be done that's why it's three stars and not four.

I have been going to this dentist office for at least 10 years. To my surprise there was a new dentist what a great experience I hate going to the dentist this dentist makes you feel more relaxed and explains everything and ask you if you have any questions or concerns. I will be definitely be sticking with this dentist. Dr Kenny is always worried about my pain level. There has also been a new addition to their practice Dr Alex she is truly amazing .

I was experiencing a throbbing pain on my molar so I immediately searched for an emergency dentist near me. My time with handcrafted smiles was fantastic. The office is well-kept and the personnel is kind. They took an x-ray of my affected tooth then told me that it can still be saved via root canal. The dentist then proceeded to explain to me the procedures of my root canal therapy which was a plus because personally, I want to be aware of what they'll do during my procedure. It took me 2 appointments before my treatment was completed and now I'm free fromt the pain!

I have anxiety from a bad dentist experience in my past and I don’t have to worry about that anymore with Handcrafted Smiles. I am respected and listened to when I walk in the door, the staff is professional, skilled, and empathetic. They verbalize everything they do to put the patient at ease. Really couldn’t ask for a better experience and the work speaks for itself. The staff are also so helpful in getting me payment information and letting me know exactly what is or isn’t covered. Dr. G and his crew are exceptional. They show you a degree of care, thoughtfulness, and compassion that I haven't experienced before in my previous dental clinic. My broken tooth was immediately fixed through root canal which, by the way, was surpisingly painless. I was expecting a bit of pain during the procedure but I didn't feel anything at all so I was comfortable all the way. The dedication of the staff towards their patient really amazes me.
