I saw Dr. Hoang for tooth pain. She was kind, professional and attentive! I would highly recommend this practice. The front desk staff and her assistant were also outstanding. It is nice to be greeted when you enter a business. I’m sorry I didn’t visit this practice sooner!

Pleasant staff, efficient clinic, was able to see me earlier than my appointment time (this cannot be expected- but a wonderful surprise). Dr Hoang was excellent, even remembered details from my prior visit (not related to my teeth) - great bedside manner. She repaired my lost filling on the spot and had me on my way back to work! Thank you and kudos to your team for great service!!

Dr. Hoang and staff are very professional and made me feel welcome. The clinic is very clean. It is located on Main St in Kentlands so parking space is abundant across the roundabout. Dr. Hoang clearly explained to me the results of my teeth xray. Will definitely come back to this clinic.

Their team really cares about their patients and respects our schedules and listens to our concerns. I was seen as soon as I arrived for my appointment, and the provider was very accommodating and knowledgeable, she explained everything to me and completed the procedure on time. I am someone who's extremely afraid of dental procedures, and I found them to be kind, reassuring and supportive of my needs during my visit.

I love the staff, hygienists, and dentists at Dr Kelly’s but they lose a star because they frequently move our cleaning appointments without checking with us. They send us a text to confirm our appointment which is sneaky if you’re not paying attention. I understand having to schedule months out and that’s typical of most practices. However, they often shift our appointments slightly which can be frustrating. 15 -30 minutes may not seem like much but we schedule after school appts for a reason. I don’t have this issue with any other provider and it’s happened enough times to be annoying.

Love this dental practice. Adult and kid friendly, I’ve been using them for 13 years and zero issues. They are very patient with my drill phobia, and I’ve actually been able to overcome it.

I have been a patient for over 10 years, and the doctors and staff are friendly, kind, always made me feel comfortable. My teeth and gums are in excellent condition! Kudos to all of you for many years of great service!
