What an incredible experience getting my wisdom tooth removed. Some of the most kind and compassionate staff I have ever met!!!!!! I had previously gone to MOSA and it was such a horrible experience, I walked out right after being numbed incorrectly. Going into my Appointment at Greenbelt Oral I was very nervous because of that bad experience, however, not only did I get a last-minute appointment, but the staff was just incredible. I cannot even begin to describe the level of kindness and care the staff at this office have. Dr. Joyce performed my surgery and had two assistants helping throughout. Not only did they constantly assure and prove that I was in good hands, but they took the time to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Joyce and the two assistants constantly took their time with each step before, during, and after the procedure. The office was clean, the staff practiced amazing hygiene and were very communicative with me. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful and calming experience. I went in nervous and anxious and left with so much joy and calmness. The surgery was pain-free and very quick!!! It is obvious the team loves what they do and truly cares for the patient.

OMG!, from when I walked in to existing the building I had nothing but the greatest experience EVER. Orlando (the assistant) was the most compassionate person I ever met, we need more of him in this industry. Dr. Ali was very polite and answered every question I had. Due to high volume of Emergencies I was seen by Dr. Joyce. Between Orlando and Dr. Joyce it was a match made in heaven. My anxiety was through the roof a week before and the day off. But they knocked it out the park. I felt Nothing, it was amazing! Thank you front desk, Orlando, Dr. Ali, Dr. Joyce, and Amos for a great experience.

I had all my wisdom teeth removed on 8/23. The Dr. did a great job and was personable as was the staff working with him. The staff and billing dept, were cordial and friendly in explaining all before the surgery. After the surgery, it was determined I overpaid up front, because my insurance covered a lot. Wendy, from billing was efficient and kind, ans expedited my refund difference. I give them all 5 stars, and highly recommended this place for your oral needs.

This dental office was highly recommended by a friend (a former dental hygienist) so It was no question that I would have my wisdom teeth extracted here. The staff is very friendly and helpful which made each visit a delight. Dr. Joyce is very kind and took time to make me feel comfortable with my pending procedure. I highly recommend this office and can honestly say that you won't be disappointed. A special shout out to Angelica who is the best receptionist ever!

Dr. Elyassi and the staff of Greenbelt Oral & Facial Surgery are extremely kind and compassionate. The level of care I received was outstanding and unparalleled. I always come away feeling better. Not only for the work done but also because of the incredible kindness shown by everyone.

I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment the following Tuesday for surgery. Dr. Joyce and Brianna were so great and took every precaution after learning I had a seizure and cracked my teeth from the grinding during it. Thank you so much again. The lovely ladies at the front are amazing also. Highly recommend, especially if other offices try to give the run around to get referral from dentist first and then the oral surgeon have to schedule a consultation first before can schedule surgery which could have taken weeks and multiple visits from the three other places I called first.

Despite being a very busy practice, the office fit us in for emergency wisdom tooth removal. Everyone, at every level, was extremely accommodating, very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. Given the excellent service, I didn't even mind the 3 hour drive each way!

Had 4 wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago. Front desk was nice and professional, assistants explained everything very clearly before the procedure, and Dr. Nicholas Joyce and his assistant did a great job extracting the teeth. Everyone was caring, effective and efficient. Those teeth do not come out easily! I can tell because I asked to stay awake (even the laughing gas mask me woozy which I do not like) but you can also ask to be completely asleep if you chose to.
