Best service possible. I don't know who served me but the guy was awesome, took my order paitently and even suggested good options

This place has 3 huge signs outside the KFC place and states they do no do the MVP box but have all the ingredients to do it. They rather you pay for a meal and add a drink for extra cost. This is robbery and not upholding the franchise special offers.

It is true KFC! Comfortable restaurant with reasonable price! The fried chicken is quite juicy and the staff is friendly with smiling face. The chips are Tanzanian style not KFC style haha.

It's a good KFC restaurant with a little soggy fries and some not-so-crispy chicken tenders. However as this was my brunch after a 2h sickening ferry ride from Zanzibar, this was still a treat, 4/5.

The food is good but what I didn't like about the place is that they don't maintain their equipment , the door knob was broken and the TV that displays your order is not always working, so they got shout your name which is gross This place is highly disorganized ,I came here ,today 11/10/21 , I think 2 employees were arguing at the back and at the front it was very disorganized , Customer service is improving .things might go well in the near future

I was pleasantly surprised the chicken actually does taste the same as in the USA. But that isn't why they get 3 stars on the food. 3 stars is because the only sides are fries or coleslaw, and the coleslaw is shredded not chopped. Completely different texture. Service is typically what you expect from a fast food place. Atmosphere is typical.

Usually crowded; parking is not easily available; needs a lot of work on the cleanliness. They got employees who don’t give a damn, so don’t expect any decent service. Avoid this branch if you can.

my order wasn’t a lot it was for 4 people and our food was so late and you got our food wrong, we waited for around 30 minutes for our food and you got it wrong and the food tasted very poor and nobody enjoyed the food, one of the orders was a zinger burger without vegetables and only mayo and cheese and you literally only added the chicken and bread, we went back to get it fixed and it took around like 5-10 minutes so we thought you guys are working on it but then you gave it back cold and worse, the cheese was freezing cold, extremely disappointed and i don’t recommend going to this kfc it’s really not great the service was alright and i'm very disappointed the food took this long even though the place wasn’t really busy and the food was bad it didn’t taste like kfc at all it’s very poorly made and this has to be the last time i ever come here, we used to find it a great high quality restaurant but the quality was very poor and horrible, we expected the quality of everything to be great because it’s kfc and that’s known, to be more specific about the burger you got wrong it basically tasted like metal with bread and metal sauce, horrible i couldn’t even finish my food. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

Not really the best KFC to visit, usually VERY crowded that you can't find a place to sit. And the door is left open, so it gets really hot indoors.

My recommendation is- don’t do it. Bought spiced chicken 2 days ago and I’ve been suffering for it. It tasted a little funny but it was the next day I realized I had made a serious mistake. Stooling since and yet to recover. Messing up my trip. I used to believe KFC is the best, but now I’ll avoid it as much as possible.

The taste of food was so amazing i like it am so excited. Their services was so quick and fast enough. Everything is in good condition .

Very slow service, no cheese available and was given insufficient number of tissues. And when I asked for extra ones I was simply told they were none but when I complained then the girls in charge went in the back and got me some. Which means if I hadn't insisted they would have left me and my family to wipe our hands on our clothes. Very upsetting service indeed.

For me the original batter flavour and juicy chicken never gets old, it's awesome. Their sticky wings are amazing too, should you have them right there. If you get them as a takeaway they unfortunately put them in a cardboard box that sucks up all the sauce and leaves you with dry wings and a soggy batter, they become sad really. Otherwise KFC is where I violate any diet. Love it!

Non Spiced orders takes longer time compared to Spiced orders 25m and more to be exact. I only experienced this at Kariakoo Branch the others don't make you wait that long. It made me regret why I don't take spiced food so I can get my meal sooner.

The place is cool and its location is nice. Also customer services are just perfect.

Was okay for a Friday night out but too loud too noisy and ughh not calm at all....
