Kevin is the best. Always makes my coffee the CORRECT way that I order it. Just a note....if someone asks for a specific number of pumps for a swirl in their coffee......I'll state the obvious.....when pumping swirls,..push the pump down....THEN let the pump come ALL THE WAY UP before pushing it down. Too many times I get half the amount of swirl I ask for because people are pushing the pumps so fast that they end up being HALF pumps. Push the pump down.....and let the pump come ALL THE WAY UP....then push it down again.....let it come up....push it down.

Got my supossed ‘’ hot latte ‘’ cold for 3 times straight idk what’s going on there but is nothing like before

The last couple of times I have come here they have undercooked my food. I stopped coming for a bit and then I tried it out again and again I was disappointed. My wraps were so cold it was disgusting. This was though drive thru. I understand they are busy in the morning and want to move the drive thru lane quickly but this is unacceptable

The coffee is usually good for the most part- never really bitter. Within the past few months I've had to have them remake a few orders but this usually only happens when a new employee is on. The veterans in that place know what they're doing and most of the girls in the drive thru are super friendly. This location could easily have a 5 star rating from me, but consistently is key.

Always pleased with the service at this location. My daughter and I are always excited when we see Angy at the drive thru window. She is such a huge asset to your store and the reason we keep coming back. Please give that girl a raise and a promotion. She deserves it !

The team was really nice. I ordered a small iced coffee and a Boston cream donut and for less than 30 seconds I got everything. This is my favourite location from now on.

Ordered 2 coffees. One regular and one extra cream extra sugar. Got 2 extremely dark bitter coffees that are disgusting. No one else in line so it wasn’t a rushed order just careless. It’s happened too many times so this time I had to make it public and maybe they can improve. Not fair to pay for something you can’t drink and have to throw out.

The Manager is amazing this is always my favorite Dunkins to visit fast service and very friendly

Very bad Wi-Fi no secured protect u on phone and laptop u get scam and get infected damage on your computer cause most this Latin and color people bring phone without buy product use free Wi-Fi cause scam on customers Phones beware handicap parking are steal by Latin people cause they not handicap they don’t care most them goes to insurance company next door not dunkie customers need it cause seniors and wheelchair drivers

10 people working I send in a mobile order wait forever they make the wrong one finally get my order and it tasted awful I don't know what flavor latte they gave me....waste of $$

Ordered one coffee that’s regular coffee with skim milk, hazelnut taste and caramel as what I normally ordered on a Monday morning but it didn’t turn out as the taste at all but tasted pinkie or weird. I think they were careless about what they did and bad attitude too.

06/19/23 on the night shift we were served by a very rude lady at the drive thru

I just went there trying to get an ice coffee, is 11:37pm, Google says that it's open 24hrs., but it's close now.
