New patient here! The location is pretty convenient and I really like the dentists and hygienists there. They’re very nice! I had a filling there for the first time ever and was really nervous but they helped me relax and it didn’t hurt at all! Plus they gave me some Vaseline for my lips as they got dry during the process! I’ll be back but hopefully without a cavity the next visit 🥸

I was very happy with the doctor's oral exam and the staff's friendliness. However, I got a call from their reception staff almost compelling me to pay for the visit which was covered by the insurance, on grounds that the insurance has declined to pay. Strange sounding reasoning; so I asked for some time to discuss the matter with the insurance but the staff was not willing to let me do that. I had to explain several times before she agreed to let me talk to my insurance. I spent an hour on this only to find that I was right about the coverage. When I called the staff to inform this, she was rude, gave me a lecture on ethic and would still not believe me. I asked them to send the claim to insurance first, then have it processed and then get back to me if the visit is not covered, as that is the ethical thing to do. I found their calling me for payment before even submitting the claims to the insurance very strange and I don't believe it's the right way to do things.

Meghan, the dental hygienist was brilliant. She explained what she was going to do and what to expect. Using state of the art equipment, she did a fantastic job: I felt no pain for my for consult, X-rays, and teeth cleaning. She had great advice on teeth care. She was thorough and professional yet friendly. Everyone I have worked with at this practice is professional, kind and dedicated. Dr. Cho is outstanding. She crowned my back upper molar which had been chipped with decay close to the root but she saved my tooth so no root canal. It looks so much better and feels normal... I don’t even notice it. It’s a great practice.

switched to Dental Assoc Arl from a Cambridge pediatrics place that did horrible with a cavity (rough and not explaining to my child), I heard great things, and today we had 2 super cleanings and met with Dr. Rad: left the office with 2 adoring patients! The practice team are kind, take their time, make the kids siked to clean teeth, and showed my kids the xrays on screen. My eldest loved that Meghan talked and joked with her like an adult. Win Win, we are so thrilled we switched. i love their upfront check into unsurance covered $'s for our treatment plan, too- no guess work. 100% recommend!

Dr Vora & I discussed my needs. Today I had my first scheduled visit where I experienced professional and compassionate care. I have finally found a dentist & support staff for my desired seamless experience. A Wonderful find. I highly recommend Dr.Vora and Carol who assisted her today.

The dental care was adequate. Many other troubles with duplicitous billing and insurance practices. A lack of responsiveness from the office made it impossible to resolve outstanding questions. I ultimately chose to switch to a different dentist.

I received an appointment for a dental emergency to be seen within 24 hours. All were courteous and helpful. My tooth was repaired and I was off to work in 30 minutes.

I should note, this is weighted somewhat by the fact that it's a trip to the dentist. Who the hell enjoys a trip to the dentist?! That said, they are fantastic at what they do, and a special shout out to Meghan is deserved as she didn't even accidentally pull out any of my beard hairs despite my massive beard and small mouth and her latex gloves. If you need dental care (and who doesn't) they're excellent.
