My second 30 minute facial with Christen. True skin care treatment with the goal of reducing brown spots, smoothing fine lines, and increasing overall thickness. This is not the slap on some cream, rub it in and it’s over. My plan includes using a derma lac and vitamin a,c,e oil combination daily, taking 10k vitamin a supplements. After 6 months I’ll assess the results and decide if laser treatment to remove brown spots is required.

I was impressed the minute I walked in the door and was greeted warmly by not only the receptionist but the staff members as well. I had an in-depth consultation my first visit, followed by a custom facial with Pam. We have since returned and brought friends and family. Each having a remarkable experience with multiple staff members. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure! We drive over 2 hours and can’t wait until our next treatment. I’m so glad my friend Kate recommended CrisWell! The facility is state of the art and clean and bright. I had a wonderful consultation with Lauren who made me feel extremely comfortable and taught me a great deal about skin care regimen and how my skin care routine could be improved. A nurse, Lauren explained things in clear terms that made sense and were not just hype or fad-based. She gave me the most amazing facial and the products she used felt delicious on my skin - II could feel them working! Lauren was so down to earth I felt like I’d known her forever - she explained each step along the way and made sure I knew what to expect. It was decadent and my skin feels refreshed and rejuvenated! I’m not a fluff person so I loved the fact that they didn’t “sell” me on their products, Lauren explained the actual benefit of how and why these products will improve my 53-year-old skin and didn’t push me to purchase (but I did thank you!!!) After a thorough consultation and a plan put in place I was so thrilled with the results. I looked refreshed and rested. Two weeks later I returned to see the wonderfully skilled and knowledgeable Pam who tailored a facial to my skincare needs. Spending an hour with Pam left me feeling completely relaxed and my skin looking nothing short of radiant. This place is a GEM.

This review is long overdue. I started getting facial treatments almost 6 months ago for acne and scarring. I’ve worked with Cristen, Pam, and Lauren. All of them have been incredible and obviously communicate with each other so I have a cohesive plan in place. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and uplifting. Every time I go, I leave feeling better than when I came in. I’ve also seen big improvements in the depth of my acne scars and the tone and texture of my skin. They really take the time to get to know me and my skin so they can recommend the best products and at-home skincare routine. I’d be remiss if I also didn’t shout out Kate at the front desk! She’s pure loveliness. The whole culture/vibe of the office is so positive. I was on the fence about starting this process but do not regret a thing!

New customer here - I visited Criswell Medical Spa 1 week ago and had an incredible experience with both Cristen and Pam. While I've hardly neglected my skin over the years, I've not been committed to regular professional treatments and at 62 I'm feeling and seeing the effects of aging. Cristen spent a good amount of time with me educating on not only their services, but skin in general and how it responds to specific treatments. Pam (who has the softest touch!) analyzed my skin, talked to me about my skin goals and built a treatment plan that would help me get there. We did a micro-current lifting treatment and wow, immediate visible results and long term too if I keep it up. In short - both of these ladies are A+ in terms of knowledge & experience while being incredibly professional and kind. I'll be returning for sure!
