Nothing but positive things to say about Emery Flats! I moved in a little over a week ago and it has been flawless. It is super close to Boston and the on ramps to 93 N and S are two minutes from the parking lot! There are so many amenities available and the common spaces are well maintained and clean. Jaimi and Rachael were both very helpful and friendly. They processed our application and got us approved for the apartment within hours! Highly recommend.

I love my new studio apartment! Comfortable, updated, secure. Just enough space for me. I also love the parking garage under the building. Management staff very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. The management staff keeps a tight ship, ensuring a clean and safe environment for us to live in. The maintenance and custodial staff are also top notch. Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of and everything is left spic-n-span. I've seen other reviews on here complaining about the affordable housing portion of Emery and I can say I haven't had a single issue, so either those issues were addressed or there was never an issue at all. Rachael and Jaime especially deserve some praise. Jaimi helped us get our lease all together and checked up on us once we moved in. Rachael has been awesome in her responsiveness to our requests and is very professional. One negative about the building is its proximity to I-93, but it honestly doesn't bother me at all since I was aware of the highway before moving here. This place is affordable for being so close to Boston and offers a relatively quiet and very comfortable place to live. I would definitely recommend Emery to anyone looking to be near Boston without the sky high prices.

I recently toured Emery Flats and was honestly wowed by the apartment unit, lobby and amenities! The staff at Emery were so professional and informative. Jamie really made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with ease. I love the sleek design of the units and the location cannot be beat. The community events Emery hosts seem so fun and a really nice touch for the residents. I am excited to potentially join the Emery Community in 2021!

Our family of three loves Emery Flats! We moved to the greater Boston area from our house in Seattle so it was a huge transition to live in an apartment complex for us. Emery flats gives you everything you need for a comfortable living (especially during Covid restrictions!). There is a great gym and yoga room onsite, heated pool, several work from home offices (so now we can pretend like we go to work at least:)) and even pet spa. Everything is new, modern and sparkling clean. The apartment is spacious, full of light, has huge windows and amazing sunset views. The management team/leasing office (Jaimi is the best!) are very responsive, accommodating and benevolent. Location is very convenient - lots of shops and restaurants nearby, easy access to several highways, Woburn transportation center is couple of min away and it takes no more than 17 min to reach downtown Boston by driving.

I have been living at Emery Flats for about 2 weeks now and so far everything has been absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is beautiful and I instantly fell in love with it when I first toured it. It was the first and last apartment that I toured, that’s how much I loved it!! The amenities are great and I look forward to using all of them very soon. The management staff is wonderful and so helpful. Most importantly, the leasing consultant Jaimi Rich has been helpful since day one and has made the whole moving process extremely easy. I am so so happy that I chose Emery Flats as my first apartment!! I highly recommend!

This is a great place to call home! My brother and I moved in a little less than two weeks ago and so far, we are extremely pleased! Management and their maintenance team take great care of the property in its entirety, from the well-manicured grounds to the awesome amenities. Chris & Nate handled all of our questions and concerns with the utmost care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Look no further! Emery Flats has wonderful office and maintenance staff who truly care about their residents. The monthly resident events are so well thought of and entertaining. My family and I love it here! When we toured with Jaimi, we got to see all of the beautiful amenities that Emery has to offer. Our apartment is beautiful and we thought that the price for brand new construction was very reasonable. The location is extremely convenient for commuters as well. Even though the location is conveniently close to the highway, you don’t hear a ton of noise. The hallways and our apartment are very quiet, which we love! There are a lot of shopping plazas close by, along with some really good restaurants. It’s a great area to entertain guests when they come to visit! We highly recommend Emery Flats to anyone who is considering moving to the area!

Lease renewed for another year at Emery Flats in Woburn after a great experience in luxury apartment living. Despite a difficult year for all, and especially apartment communities, we felt safe and looked after throughout 2020. The hallways, doorways, and amenities are clean and cared for. The staff is kind and accommodating. Management and the leasing team are thoughtful and are a pleasure to work with. The location is a big plus no matter which direction you’re off to. The units are well designed and comfy. We haven’t been able to enjoy the amenities as much as we would’ve hoped due to the pandemic but we’re happy with our choice and I would certainly recommend Emery Flats to anyone hunting for a good community at a reasonable price.

Saying Emery Flats is amazing is a understatement. Everything from the moving process to the amenities to the community, I cannot begin to express how wonderful the whole experience has been. Jaimi Rich has helped us with every step of the moving process and was attentive with every question or concern we had. We literally toured the beautiful apartment and filled out an application that day and moved in five days later (due to it being the weekend when we filled out the application). If you are looking for a home, I would definitely check out Emery Flats, you won’t regret it!
