Remedy Exchange has the friendliest staff that really know how to prepare a healthy delicious smoothie and their Acai bowls are amazing loaded with fruit of your choice. Stefanie and Alyssa are always so helpful and an absolute pleasure to be around! I always leave Rememdy Exchange feeling better then when I arrived and totally rejuvenated from their contagious positive energy and great vibe they pour into every cup! I Love everything about this cozy little Super Food Cafe and I’m sure you will too… Definitely try them out!

To the beautiful melanated people, Zenee is not alone!!!! I see their response was trying to downplay & diminish her experience, however, I too have had the same experience on two different occasions, including today! I will never return because the first time I let it slide - this is obviously a pattern. I called ahead of time to order a vegan BLT, and upon my arrival not only was I not greeted I was not even acknowledged the entire time I stood there. And yes, of course, when a white woman arrived 15 minutes after me, they immediately greeted her and proceeded to ask if she was waiting on an order. They can continue to try to negate black and brown experiences there but it’s clearly a very common experience. Let’s continue to spend our money where we are welcomed. This is absolutely NOT a qualified establishment for us to do so.

I'm sorry but this is just bonkers. I ordered the barnyard breakfast sandwich, which comes to around 20 dollars with tax and tip. The sandwich tasted fine but it's literally just 2 slices of regular bread, a fried egg, a slice of cheese, and a bit of chicken. How on earth is this 20 dollars? It's not like the shop is in downtown SF and needs to make up egregious real-estate cost. I would love to support local business but I can get this same exact sandwich at Dunkin's for less than half the cost. There's simply no way I would ever go back here again for these prices.

This was absolutely atrocious. First red flag was that it was in a cup!!! Second was that the toppings were at the bottom (WHO DOES THAT) The açaí quite literally tasted like wood because it was so grainy. The pineapple was not fresh, it was sour. The granola was like eating paper (no flavor). I thought getting an açaí bowl would be the safe option and now I’m sitting on the toilet trying to get this disgusting mess out of my body ASAP. IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD!

Order the buffalo kale sandwich. The sandwich includes "dairy free buffalo chicken" but has cheese... I was a little worried the sandwich wouldn't be great without cheese but it was still pretty good! The sizes were a little small for the price. I was okay paying a little more for high quality ingredients but my husband got a turkey rueben that just had turkey, sauerkraut and cheese for $10 bucks. He was still hungry after. We went on a Wednesday at noon and the place was pretty empty so no worries on the lunch rush!

I really don't want to give this place 3 stars being vegan because it is SO hard to find any vegan food in the suburbs. I was really happy to stumble upon this place the other day. However I went back with daughter for lunch and ordered a vegan BLT and an avocado toast and a small coffee. The food took almost 30 minutes to prepare, they apologized and said they were backed up, but it would have been so kind to say that when we ordered so we would have known. There are also indoor tables, the decor is nice and we waited inside but I was really disappointed to finally get the food and find it's all to go containers and so much waste. The 9.00 avo toast was one slice of tiny bread with avocado on it and some spices, so overpriced in a giant to-go container. I loved the Vegan BLT and thought the roasted carrots as bacon was very clever. However overall I'm just dissapointed, also my coffee was luke warm nearly cold. I'll go back and try and acai bowl, but I hope they take recommendations, speed up your staff, the turn around time on food, don't overprice your food and have some eat in plates to reduce waste.

I am very particular with my smoothies especially the texture and taste… I started my day here creating my own smoothie and the staff perfected it!! Made with oat milk, blueberries, bananas, kale, peanut butter, chocolate protein powder and a dash of cinnamon. It was so delicious, you have to try it!

This place is an absolute treasure. I haven't had a bad experience here since they've been open. The staff is nothing but friendly and efficient, the interior is clean and inviting; if you want great, HEALTHY options then look no further. (I highly recommend the Avocado Red Pepper Melt Sandwich)

I ordered, via UberEats, an Avocado Red Pepper Melt, a Botanical Bliss juice and a Shooter. The juices were great and the sandwich was tasty if not a little soggy. However, in the second half of the sandwich I found two small slivers of aluminum foil (whilst chewing). I immediately called the restaurant to let them know and was told "Sorry, but thank you for bringing it to our attention." I also reported to UberEats as a food safety issue. Hopefully this was a one off because the food was good and I'd definitely like to order from them again.

My boyfriend and I used to come here almost every week when he lived in Wakefield. It was our favorite go to place for healthy food and was conveniently right up the street from him. We loved the smoothies, juices, and sandwiches. We would often have to limit ourselves because we wanted it so much. We unfortunately live in Natick now but really miss this place! Highly recommend

Everything is always super fresh and delicious!! I got the red pepper avocado melt (highly recommend it) which was super yummy as always! I also got my personal favorite- the botanical bliss juice and added some strawberries and pears and it was soo good as well. I love that the juice is always made right in front of you at this spot and you can always count on the food being delicious- along with having a very friendly staff!

I absolutely love this place! The people are so friendly, it is so clean, and the food/smoothies are incredible. I come in at least once a week! Between the food, the employees, in the atmosphere as well as hygiene is everything I'm looking for in a business like Remedy Exchange. Other places should be so diligent.

Amazing staff. I always feel welcome. The only thing is that their pumpkin spice bowl.. I just don't feel like it's made with real pumpkins.. what's up with everyone making pumpkin food from canned pumpkins anyways.. Is real pumpkin made food lost ancient knowledge, yes or no?

THE JUICE CLEANSE-Exceeded my expectations! I recently ordered and completely a 3 day juice cleanse. First time doing a strictly juice cleanse so I was a bit unsure how it would go. I’m a mom of three, have 2 part-time jobs, constantly on the go and not really choosing the healthiest meals. I also can’t live without my 3 cups of coffee a day. I wanted to reset my ways, start fresh and this was definitely the way to go! I never felt hungry or missed my caffeine in the morning. I lost bloat, weight and wanted to eat better by the end of it. Staff was so friendly and supportive throughout, couldn’t recommend it more!

I always get the red pepper wrap and it is delicious! I love this place but this past time it was terrible. Wrap had all tomato and no chicken? Also who folds a wrap like this?

I ordered a london fog iced latte and I got it with no ice at all and really watered down. I do not recommend getting this drink here. The staff is friendly though

If you havent tried Vegan yet and taking a quick healthy lunch break this is the place. You wouldn't know it was Vegan. Its one of the top Vegan restaurants I've been to so far. Its Very clean and the employees working here are very sweet and accommodating. I recommended to friends and they have said the same

literally $34 for a tiny juice and an acai bowl with only like 3 toppings on it, asked for peanut butter got a little scoop and it was 2.50 extra charge🤣need to fix your prices because that’s a complete waste of my money for something that’s not even filled to the top. could’ve gone to playa bowls for cheaper and better. no taste.
