Go see Susan at the fragrance counter. Wow. She knows her stuff. I always buy "Romance" ‐- (love the stuff), and she directed me to the special, lovely Ralph Lauren sets that were available. (They're beautiful -- one even includes mauve - wrapped chocolate hearts ...) Susan will show you. Tell her "Debbie" sent you@@!!!! Have fun!

First time back since before COVID-19. Loved to see all the new styles and colors. Very sad to see only a skeleton crew. Only one register open and workers that were not familiar with the store. I miss the days of a personal shopper coming over with a smile and helping you pick the perfect items.

I used to love this Macys. What happened to it? There is no juniors department anymore, everything is trashed and all the employees are extremely rude. I try to avoid this store at all costs. If I find something I like, I end up ordering it online just so I don’t have to deal with the cashiers. This location needs a major overhaul of people.

Brought my son shopping for a job interview outfit. Lenny (older woman) in the Men's Suits came over, asked if we needed help (it was obvious). She knew his size just by looking at him and helped find the perfect sports coat! Then she gave us the size shirt to find for him and when we had difficulty, she went and found the perfect athletic fit shirt. It was as if we had stepped into a high-end suit shop with an expert staff... she truly made our day. Another gentleman had exclaimed a similar sentiment that she knew exactly what he needed and made shopping for a suit easy! Macy's used to be known for this. But as internet shopping took over, most of the store is a wreck and staff is hard to find. This is what they need more of- people who make the experience a pleasure!

Most dressing rooms were closed. Had to carry articles of clothing to a dressing room. 130 pm. 4 employees we saw working on the 3rd floor. Looking to purchase a gown for a wedding. Went to the register. Closed. Had to go to a open register near the escalator. 6 customers ahead of us.

I can't say enough good things about Macy's Every time I go there they are so helpful and when I go to the cashier they always make sure I get the best Bang for my buck, They make sure you know what's on sale And how to use Whatever deals you are owed.

Glad to still have a good overall Department Store on Long Island. Was a bit understaffed on help though.

Macy located in the middle of Long Island. Great collection for ladies items. I also liked the top floor collection of items which was very affordable. Currently Only few fitting rooms are operational probably because of covid. The checkout process was not fun for me in the dress section.

Beautiful store, nice staff. Prices are a scam. Shameful how much they charge for certain items.

I normally use the independent MAC store to service my makeup needs but after Sunday’s wonderful experience at Impulse Beauty, I will be utilizing them moving forward. Asha worked with me on this past Sunday, 1/8/23 doing a full-face makeup service. She was fantastic! She called to confirm my appointment beforehand and from the second I walked up to the counter made sure my needs were cared for.

Excellent!!! Customer service associate was wonderful. I was there with both my daughters, and my mother-in-law looking for shoes for my wedding, she was able to help all of us with grace and patience.

I hate shopping so.... way to crowded, I'm not paying $20 or more on one shirt or pear of jeans. It is way to hot in the store and the higher you go the hotter it gets. I purposely dismissed this Ola e but Google wants me to write a review so here it is

Horrible customer service horrible store...bought a gift for my daughter on the 18th of December....my daughter hasn't got it. Contacted them again and again....and item couldn't be delivered by UPS, claiming the wrong address...of course address is not wrong they said they would call ups to make sure item is not returned back to NY...I don't know where this item is nor has maycs or ups contacted me or my daughter who still has no coat. Horrible department store and customer service...and shopping at the store is like going thru a garbage dumpste!!!! r

You can buy anything you want that concerns dresses for any type of person cheap or expensive.

What’s with the rude cashiers? It’s none of their business how much I want to spend at Toys R Us on my son! Don’t be jealous, just ring my stuff up and be quiet.

Today I went to Macy's shoe department and was greeted by Ariana.This girl was amazing!!! She was friendly and so helpful to me in finding the perfect shoe for my event ..it was such a pleasure to meet her she made my shoe shopping fun with no stress at all..I look forward to going back and having her assistance..She's Awesome!!!!!!!!!

Good products just with the place was a little less messy. Meaning clothes. I know people are animals, but when I see employees walk over it that's not right.

I went to the perfume section to find a gift for my friend’s 50th. I was met by a saleswoman name Hala/Halina (I think) and she offered me Carolina Herrera “Good Girl” I smiled and said no thank you! I said to the saleswoman every time I come in you offer me this perfume. She insisted because it’s really good! Try it. She continued to spray some on me. But I still refused and walked away. Soon after I was met by another salesperson. While trying other name brands, I didn’t like anything she offered me. I discreetly smelled the “Good Girl” and thought it is kind of good. I finally went back and said ok, let me have the perfume. I’m not here to only write about the perfume but the service and attention from Hala/Halina. Not only did she convince me but she wrapped the perfume, put it in a cute red bag, with tissue she also sprayed the bag!!! It was such a sweet gesture. She even gave me a sample for me! When o go home my husband was like wow you smell good. I write all of this to say, we all like online shopping but there are still some good hard working sales people who take pride in their job. I’ll be back! Thank you!!!
