Very disappointed. I stopped at this DD every morning to get my breakfast but today I had a bad experience with whoever was working there this morning, this is how I got my coffee today missing a lot of coffee. If I’m paying for a large coffee I expect my cup to be full to the top and I asked the lady is this a large coffee? She was like yeah went back inside i had to ask for my straw cuz she didn’t even give a straw. I’m not here to start anything but plz fill up the cups all the way to the top!!! Coffee tasted very good tho there’s times my coffee ain’t even good.

I walked in and no one was at the counter ahead of me. Three employees were immediately behind the counter and when I got to the counter they literally all scattered and left me standing there without any acknowledgment. After a few minutes waiting at the counter, I left. Prior stops feature a common theme: they are out of most donuts and if you use the drive through, they often will tell you they have something when you order and then at pickup tell you it isn’t available. 🤷🏻‍♂️

HORRIBLE service. the male employee was incredibly slow and kept asking us to repeat our order, to which we had no problem at first but then a female employee then took over and YELLED at us to have us clarify which donut we wanted. I’ve never felt so disappointed in dunkin donuts in employing people like this. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Donuts were food and iced latte was served really quick. During the afternoon time, the place dies down quite a lot and the number of donuts are slim, kinda makes sense since everyone prefers their morning coffee. Place was clean and their was an okay amount of seating inside, along with several outdoor tables as well. Can't complain about the quality of dunkins but it wasn't anything too spectacular for me. Drive thru seem like it'd be very busy, as you have to go past the drive thru to get to the back parking lot.

1dozen donuts to go all stale hard seems more then two days old. I thought Kwik Trip frozen done were bad this tops them. Was never told my breakfast sandwich was done just put the bag on the counter. It’s a shame you can not find a good donut in Madison anymore. 6/3/23

They ran out of the donut I ordered so they gave me a $5 voucher, came back and used it for a free taco and wrap (plus $0.19 tax). For me its always fast, great attitude, lots of rewards member coupons, wish other locations were like this.

I’m a big dunkin fan, but this location needs to get it together. I understand there is most likely a staff shortage, but they need a better system in place with taking orders and getting out the mobile walk in orders. Multiple times I have placed a mobile walk in order to find that they are not even working on those. I have to stand and wait in the long line just to let them know I need my mobile order. Multiple times I have left without receiving my mobile order due to not having the time to wait in the long and slow line inside. I think some better management needs to come in and make some changes to the system. Let’s do better dunkin!

Tyshay and Rob are two of the nicest people!! I’ve been coming to this Duncan for years now and these two are fabulous. Fast service… They know my name, and they practically know my order every time. Thanks again
