We love Volcano! Great service, wonderful cooks who put on a great show for adults and children alike. Hibachi is always cooked perfectly and the sushi rolls were delicious and fresh. We come here often and have always left satisfied! 1/1/23 UPDATE: Look at all this fresh food that is ready to be cooked for us. I tried the hibachi salmon today and it was flavorful and fresh but I still prefer the chicken and steak. Because I have a shellfish allergy, the cook made all of the food first, minus the shellfish. Once my food was cooked and served, she cooked the shellfish that the rest of the table ordered. Volcano is very accommodating in this way.

It was a very satisfying experience at this location. The lights, the design, the decor and the people made it a complete blast. It was quiet and peaceful and my company and I took great advantage of the time to connect and enjoy, the food, the atmosphere and friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I must point out the bathroom was exceptionally clean and spacious. Also if you are into capturing the moment on camera, there are several different areas with amazing backgrounds for a beautiful backdrop. Thanks to the owners of such a phenomenal concept right in the back of my home ❤️❤️

I never remember to get photos because I always dive right in! 😂 But take my word for it. As someone who has lived in southern California and had some of the best sushi the country has to offer, I can honestly say Volcano has the BEST sushi in the south Jersey area. This is also the best spot for hibachi! I've tried all of the surrounding hibachi/sushi spots and none come close to Volcano! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Warm sake and plum wine hit the spot with such delicious cuisine! Our favorite spot!

Our almost 5 year old had never been to Hibachi, this was her first time and boy Volcano didn’t disappoint. Service was great, our grill chef pulled put all of the stops and totally wowed her (and us). Food was amazing and one of the best meals I’ve had in some time. Daughter’s birthday is coming up so I asked where she’d like to go for dinner and she said “my most favorite restaurant in the whole world - hibachi!!” So we will be back soon!

I have been here more than a dozen times and am typically always pleased. However, this past Saturday night I had a very disappointing experience. My partner and I had both ordered 12oz steak hibachi dinners for about 1/3 of them to be cut off and discarded during the cooking process because it was fat. When I pay for 12oz of steak, I want all 12oz that I paid for. Any trimmings should have been done before the meat came out to be presented for serving. As hibachi is an art form, I would consider this a reasonable expectation and will settle for no less.

It was one of the best hibachi experiences!! Very yummy food, best chefs ever. So funny and beautiful show. Kids had a great time and enjoyed their food.

This place was A-1 from the moment we walked in. Very very friendly staff. The food was excellent and the hibachi chef was very entertaining. It was my wife's birthday and the chef performed for her and after dinner the waitress had their robot server deliver cake to our table and then sang happy birthday and used a Japanese drum for the rythem. It was amazing and will recommend to anyone looking for great service and amazing hibachi food. A must go to place 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
