I had a very unfavorable experience at this location. I placed a large order through the McDonald's app and proceeded to the drive thru to pick it up. When I was there, the first 2 employees who assisted me were very nice and professional but as my order was being prepared, 2 males that I could hear working in the back appeared to have made comments regarding my order. One male said "There's a perfectly good McDonald's down the road. Are you okay?" Approximately 1 minute later, a second male was heard saying "Are you as stupid as your order?" This wasn't said directly to me but I can only feel as if they were directing these comments at me and I was very upset with my experience as I had my son, who is autistic and enjoys going to McDonald's hear what the 2 males were saying. Needless to say this was a very disappointing experience.

So right as I pull in the drive through a worker gives me absolute disgusting attitude. And then I thought okay maybe he’s upset. I have a dog in my car and she’s young and woofing at him. And then as I’m saying “I can’t hear you” he turns his head and shakes his head right in front of me. Will never come to a McDonald’s again. I guess I will be healthier for it. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS McDonald’s to anyone 🥱

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. I don't know are the employees on drugs or what, but they cannot make a single order good. They gave an empty Big Mac with just a bit if lettuce and sauce, no pickles no nothing. And I ordered with extra mac sauce. Before that they gave cheeseburger with jalapenos for neighbors kid, instead of double cheeseburger. And much more... Ridiculous!

Outside temperature was high Inside AC was no good. Clean was so so Service was ok

I went in to get some spicy mcchiken sandwich marisela the manager took my order and over all she did an outstanding job great personality,friendly, amazing costumer service and the food spot on..I'll come back for more 👍

One of the best customer services out of all McD s that I’ve ever been, so fast and friendly. The maintenance is also at top notch at this location.

every time I go through the drive thru at this store, just takes forever. I waited for a drink 5 mins after paying. It was the same way at 10:30pm the other night just ordering a dbl cheesebur and small fry. The time it takes to get through this drive thru continues to shock me how long it takes.

There had been a huge multi city area power outage resolve just after we arrive. The staff was great, apologetic, and provided great service! Thank you!

This mcdonalds is really dirty and has bad customer service. Their ice machines are broken, and you have to get ice from behind the counter. Every single table was dirty with food left behind and dirty napkins on the floor. There were bugs flying around while we were eating, probably because of all the food laying around. My nuggets were also burnt. I would keep driving to any of the other mcdonalds in the area instead of eating here.

Why must I sit here and listen to religion tv, followed by Trump tv? Not anti religion or any political stuff, but this is a ridiculous amount, and no one can change the channel?

The manager there was great, he seemed to be short staffed but was still very professional and kept it together. He communicated well that my order would take a minute and i had no problem. He was very nice, i didn’t get his name but he was an older fellow and deserves a pay raise.

People were friendly and polite, only ordered a coffee and had to wait some time for that.

I love the caramel frappe, but at this McDonald's drive thru every swallow has bits of ice.

Working hard to provide good service in the face of understaffing. Food was fresh and tasty. No complaints.
