I have been seeing Hailey for some time now outside of the salon but my first experience getting my hair done at Chic Concepts with her was GREAT! She is ready to take on any hair task you give her and will kill it! I’ve loved every highlight and cut I’ve gotten from her and will continue to see her at this salon

After a long time of having medium to long hair, I decided to go super short. Genavie performed her magic yet once again! She is truly amazing! I absolutely love my hair! I trust her completely. She has never let me down. I love going to Chic Concepts. If you have not been, I highly recommend them.

Went to this salon for the first time, and had such a great experience! Hailey really listened to my requests and delivered a beautiful haircut and style. Parking was easy, and everyone was so nice. I had my hair blown out and curled before going on a date with my husband, and he loved the way it looked, too! To top it off, this salon is more affordable than most I have been to. Highly recommend!

We came here post-pandemic. I had been cutting everyone's hair during the pandemic because we were isolating strictly due to having immune compromised people who were fighting cancer in our family. Now, I am not a hairdresser. I watched a few youtube videos, got some shears from Ulta, and tried not to screw it up too badly. I had some surprising success, but after 2.5 years of doing this, I was so tired of cutting hair, and I suspected I had made some mistakes on my fringe and my kids'. I finally stumbled upon Chic Concepts online and booked myself and my kids. Not only were Genevieve and Gia not judgy about the fact that I was DIY-ing it up for everyone's hair, including my own, but they said I actually did a reasonably good job considering my total lack of education or experience. But I was also right--I had made a few mistakes on our fringe so they've had to slowly correct that. And they've done a fantastic job. I constantly get compliments on my hair, which is quite a feat considering I also have thyroid disease, and anyone with a bum thyroid knows how hard it is to maintain nice hair. Everyone at Chic Concepts is so good, I referred my husband, my mom, my sister and her kid, and my aunt to them. Everyone comes away with awesome hair and I'm so relieved I'm not responsible for it anymore. Genevieve and Gia are amazing and very nice, and I highly recommend the salon to anyone.

I was looking for a new salon that is closer to home and found this place based on online reviews. Unfortunately, didn't get to experience it so this review is just for the wait time. I made an appointment, showed up, checked in and was told the stylist would be with me in a few mins. Waited a total of 25 minutes with no acknowledgment or anyone saying anything. I got up and left after I saw the girl at the front desk remind the stylist I was her 12 o clock appt, and she just looked at her watch and walked by without even acknowledging me. I didn't bother saying anything on my way out - it was too late by then I had other places to be that I would have been late for. It felt very disrespectful of my time to not even say anything and have me wait that long for an appointment I had. Oh well, I guess. I will have to keep looking for a salon nearby.

I absolutely adore my new cut it’s everything I wanted and I haven’t had such an amazing cut in years!!!!! My stylist was super sweet and very up to date on cut styles. I plan to come back again soon!

I went to Genevieve on my sister’s recommendation and she is amazing I love the color and cut she killed it so glad I went here you have a new client. Highly recommend

I have nothing but glowing reviews for this beautiful salon! I have been going to Chic Concepts for the last 10 years and I recommend it to all my girlfriends. I have thick, unruly, curly hair, and although I may walk in looking like Sasquatch, Maria always sends me away with beautifully layered and styled hair. She is a godsend! I highly recommend booking an appointment with Maria or any of the other highly skilled stylist at this perfect, hidden gem.

Very friendly, accommodating last minute request to do haircuts for my two nieces. Very friendly and professional, even showing one of them options for different cuts on her phone.

Been going here the past couple years. Gia has been consistently great and accommodating. She listens and gives feedback if she feels something isn't going to work. Prices are great!
