    Cold dry burger. Old fries and the front person at the counter didn’t want to be there. Probably rates in one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Cheese not melted. Bun is dried out and the fries were old.

    The worst experience ever the owner should fire these employees who cooked these. The Indian girl at the front desk drive thru gave me this food and even looked as if she had part in this horrible food service. I'm sure they wouldn't eat this food themselves nor would they give it to their families this is horrible and corporate should know about this as well as the community !

    I stood at the kiosk for 5 minutes. The worker lady looked me in my eyes and kept doing whatever she was doing. She did not take my order at all. So I stepped out of line, the girl behind me was shouting excuse me five times before someone with a blue shirt came to take her order. This place is not a McDonald's I will visit agsin. I was spoiled by good service so I will spend my money where they treat me well.

    Modern, small size McDonald's. 2 lane drive through was very busy at noon on a Wednesday. Moving fast, but I went inside. 2 touchscreen ordering kiosks, but no one was in line. Service was very fast considering how many cars were going through the drive through. McGriddle was hot and fresh.

    On Sunday lunch we had it It was just some custom but inside clean was so so Cashier was so so Food was OK but mcdonald food every where the same. It was OK.

    There are some really nice people working the drive-thru windows. Unfortunately I have experienced enough issues with my order that I finally have to review and rate one star. The receipt is always correct so I don't understand why these problems occur and occur so frequently.

    Food order was correct, employees were friendly but seemed a bit confused. They handed us a bag with only half of our order in it, so we started eating the fries and told them we were still waiting for another sandwich. They then asked for the bag back, rolled it up, and gave it to the car in front of us- YIKES! Hope they didn't notice being about 20 fries short :/ It took almost 5 minutes for them to bring us the correct order. However, the food was hot and fresh, soooo, 4 stars for our service but I still feel bad for the other guy! Lol

    It is busy fast food restaurant which offers standard McDonald's food to the customers. I enjoy free hashbrowns with purchase of Americano and 50 cents burger as deals on the app.

    Came in with my children to eat, we ordered off the kiosk and put the dine in option. Entered the tent # and waited for our meal like it states “table service”. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time but they called me up for the food? I thought there was table service like all McDonald’s. They did not even put my food in a tray. Eating with little toddlers it’s hard not to make a mess without the tray. Not to mention almost every table was dirty. They do not focus on the dining room at all.

    The manager and cashier yesterday oct 11 2023 around 3 were awesome there was a fat black lady who looked like grimmice complaining and demanding food super rude and killed the nice vibe in the restaurant besides that everything was good. I hope management sees this and gives them a raise

    Donna and the manager and the employees, they discriminate a young boy with special needs. They didn't what to take the food koorder. The young boy went to the register 3 times and all the employees would ignore and wouldn't take his oder. So i went to the manager to get his attention and right away wanted to help me to take my oder. I got mad and told him i don't need help the young boy needs help that's the only way they help him. Wild Donna was watching that the young boy went and wait to get help so he can oder. She saw, what was going on she could have stand up from the table to help the young boy. I talk to the manager and said to him why are you and the employees are discriminating and don't what to help a special need perso. Yes i told him if it was your son or grandson you wouldn't like that they do that to him. So i told him don't ever do that again. Donna came up to me and said i took care of it aready she's like i saw the whole thing, i told her I'd you did why you didn't stand up from where she was sitting to help the young boy why did she had to wait untill i got the attention to get help really. I told her you guys are discriminating that's not right. She is no we are not... This happen around 4pm today. ... Why do i have to lie they gave cámaras.. i got kicked out because i was defending the young boy. Never again i won't go to this McDonald's. This was my first and last time going to this location on Higgins in Hoffman Estates really bad service and discrimination... And nuggets are the worst they fry let over.

    If I could give this location a 0 I would because I went there today. And I order my food and I did through the machine and it didn’t give me a receipt. But I was waiting for awhile and I wasn’t getting my food while other customers were. A young guy help me told him the problem. He goes up to this teenage girl that was distracted and didn’t notice. She was rude looking at me and talking to two other teenage. I hope that that employee learns her lesson because I will never go back there very bad service.

    Management and employees are rude and didn’t even acknowledge my presence! Came out and shouted ticket number as if I were not standing right in front of them and no one else needing service! I asked for refund and they wanted to know why which was actually first time they addressed me! Work on customer service it’s ridiculous
