Car plate recognition didn't work for me and the QR code provided during the booking is very small making it hard to be scanned from your phone screen. I'd advise to have the mail confirmation printed with you just in case...

Year after year, no change but degradation. Escalators, elevators, passage to train station DO NOT WORK. Drop off place far from airport in the open ☔. Busses to hotels (no or bad indications). Pay extra for access to train 🚂 station, why? To get a bad service 🤬. Capital of Europe 😱. This situation is not new. Ongoing for years... Managment should be fired.

It seems that I run into trouble every time I use that parking. Today it was my ticket, which wasn’t returned to me after payment as the little screen explained no ticket was necessary for the exit (presumably the camera will recognise me and let me through). Of course it didn’t work, I couldn’t exit, the assistant I called insisted I hadn’t paid, until he finally found that I had. Interparking is a disappointment in all the locations I know, acting as a local monopoly everywhere, operating dirty, run down facilities and poor electronics (as at the parking des deux portes, where paying machines rarely all work). A shame and not something projecting a decent image of Brussels.

Parking very big. Difficult to find way to car rental.

Good parking but is very confuse... if you are with lots of luggage, good luck trying to find a cart in the parking lot. On general its not bad and its convenient, but it has his price.

This place can be a maze. But it's good to park the car when waiting for someone to arrive. Will be around 2 euro (30min).

Nice and quick parking, not too expensive if youre just picking up someone.

Good directions and enough available parking bays. Paid parking.
