Do not even attempt to order for delivery. We have been waiting for almost 3 hrs and still no food while we are only 10 minutes away. Called and person said that the driver 'left 10 minutes ago'. No service so will never order again and strongly advise against ordering for delivery. No customer service. Wonder if we will ever get the food tonight.

Waitress was glued to her smartphone and unfriendly when she did actually interact with us. We waited almost half an hour for a Taco and fries for takeout when there was no queue at all, we were literally the only two people in the restaurant. The fries had no salt and the taco (if you can even call it that) was just drowning in barbecue sauce.

THIS IS ENOUGH !!!!! DON'T MAKE BUSINESS WITH YOUR UNDECLARED DELIVERY SYSTEM !!!!!!! TRY TO DELIVER THE FOOD WITH ANY BIG COMPANIES !!!!!!!!! WORST DELIVERY I HAD EVER HAD !!!!!!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING ???? CLOSE THE RESTAURANTTTT IMMEDIATELYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD WAIT 3 HOURS TO HAVE MY MEAL !!!!!!! I order at 23:55 and I received the food at 02:05. More than two hours to be delivered by their own driver. And when I call the restaurant sometimes they don't answer and when they do they say he is on his way, It took him 1h30min to arrive after the first " on his way " .

i placed an order via takeaway it didn't arrive until 2 hours later and we got the wrong order and the food was cold

I order my food in takeaway and I didnt receive my food. When i try to call the restaurant they close my call.

If i change contry i dont know how i gonna do without eating chamas tacos from boeckstael 🙉
