Good
points
-
location
is
great,
view
out
of
the
window
is
lovely
and
it’s
a
short
walk
to
the
city
centre
and
museums.
Bed
is
large
and
comfortable.
Lots
of
nice
local
places
to
eat.
Bad
points
-
Door
entry
system
is
a
little
confusing,
but
we
called
to
speak
to
someone
who
was
helpful
and
sorted
out
the
minor
issue
quickly.
The
apartment
was
fully
fitted
out,
but
was
tired.
The
bathroom
had
been
cleaned,
but
needed
a
deeper
clean,
there
were
spots
on
the
floor
and
walls.
The
shower
leaked
when
you
used
it,
it
looks
as
if
it
has
been
like
this
for
ages,
guessing
by
the
staining
on
the
bath
panel.
The
sofa
was
beyond
cleaning,
stained,
smelly
and
damaged,
it
just
needed
to
be
replaced.
One
of
the
dining
stools
was
broken,
it
had
been
dropped
by
a
guest.
Other
things,
you
only
get
one
very
basic
thin
pillow,
2
teabags/coffee
pods,
this
didn’t
make
a
great
welcome
and
made
the
place
feel
a
bit
basic.
The
front
door
glass
had
been
smashed
and
boarded
up
(some
time
ago)
the
stairs
were
too
dark
(mentioned
by
others)
they
had
installed
a
fancy
light,
but
it
just
wasn’t
bright
enough
to
cast
light
down
the
staircase.
I
used
my
phones
torch
to
get
up
and
down,
as
there
isn’t
any
natural
light
in
the
stairwell.
I
emailed
Smartflats
to
see
what
they
thought
about
the
issues
we
had,
I
have
given
them
10
days,
but
they
haven’t
come
back
to
me.
There
wasn’t
anything
bad
enough
to
complain
about,
but
the
whole
place
was
tired
and
basic.
I
would
not
stay
there
again,
nor
would
I
recommend
it.
