Please read this review!!! I'm not one to leave a review but this is extremely bad and I want people to know what there getting at this place. We was staying here for the weekend for a softball tournament. The first night, one of the parents car was stolen. The staff was not helpful and kept telling us they are not responsible. We was just looking for some help on video footage. Almost like they might no something but wouldn't tell us nothing. The second part was there is a lot of strange activity. Look like some drug activity and homeless people staying behind the hotel. The third part of this was the AC wasn't working. We asked several times to take a look or switch us out. They kept telling us that it was working. IT WAS NOT!!!! It had error code on the thermostat. The staff was absolutely rude and terrible. PLEASE READ this review!!! Do not stay at this hotel!!!! Not including no breakfast or pool.

Easy to get to from the airport, tucked off the main street behind another hotel. Very clean hotel, the room had such a pleasant smell when we walked in. Very spacious layout and all the amenities of home with the in-room kitchenette. Appliances worked, dishes and silverware were provided in the room. They were so friendly and attentive to the property and guests. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and restful night stay. The beds were exceptionally comfy and clean. Fell asleep fast and woke up refreshed. They even have a small convenience store setup in the main lobby just in case you forgot or couldn't pack some essentials

It’s a decent room to stay in if you need a pet to come with you. When you arrive they require a $100 deposit on top of your room price even if your don’t have a pet or else they will tell you to leave which was seen nowhere online nor did they tell me on the phone. When asking why a deposit on top of my room the guy refused to explain why it was “policy” other than just do it and I’ll give you a room key. The room was decent, brown stains on the lampshade, stuff melted into the carpets, and hair in premade ice cubes in the freezer - but hey at least the towns are white. Decent for a one night stay

Me and my family stayed from the 5-7 to celebrate my daughter birthday. when arriving i asked if the pool close early and they told me pool was not open at all( in which i was not told in my booking I was told the pool is included in my stay). When I tell you this was the worst hotel I ever been to it was horrible. I asked the lady for extra towels since it was only 2 in the room when the room booked for 2 people and I don't use the rag I wash my body with on my face, the lady told me only 2 rags available per room than when I told my cousin to try and ask she told her that they linen was out. My sister than stopped by and the same lady than called my room and said I'm not allowed to have visitors in my room, although I explained to her she wasn't staying she was coming to see me. she than said she would charge my card. I started packing up our stuff to leave and went to talk with management which was a guy and he said I was allowed visitors he didn't know who told me I couldn't. I than complained about the toilet not working stains all over the couch and beds , dishes was dirty etc. I really don't recommend staying here even if its the last option. I was not the only family complaining she seemed to single out certain families. fix customer service, buy more linen so you wouldn't run out, clean the rooms better and if you offer breakfast don't say you ran out and let people know before booking your pool is closed

After reading reviews about this hotel, I was unsure as to what to expect of my stay. I wanted to get away and have peaceful time to myself. From the time I called for small requests up until check-in, I only experienced positive service. My room was comfortable and clean. I even decided to not eat out so much and opted to go to the grocery store up the street. I cooked a great meal and relaxed in peace my entire stay. I know that everyone has different experiences, I must say that mines was very nice. All the front desk personnel that I interacted with were professional and Considerate and I appreciated that. Thank You for a great and relaxing stay.

Used to have great service and rooms but now no breakfast and housekeeping is not so good. No pool then what they charge so much money for. Without any of the service it should be under 40usd per night. Transition from good to worst.

Lots of things were wrong with the place! Pool even though advertised, was closed. Charged additional for pet, and it was more than room rent! Which made 0 sense! It was not listed while booking, wished they did, coz we could have chosen other places. Breakfast again clearly listed on the hotel lobby, but when we went down in the morning they said no breakfast. They apparently closed it a week back, permanently. And she also said it was removed from websites as well, but when we booked it, said the place had breakfast! Room was decent.

It’s fine. Guy at the desk overnight talked my ear off, the sign-in process was annoying (due to Choice Hotels policies, not the overnight guy). The room was fine, unremarkable. Price was acceptable (via Hotwire). One thing: pretty sure this place lists a pool and breakfast on Hotwire (Hotwire gets than info from the hotels, obviously), and their POOL IS CLOSED, and there is NO BREAKFAST, per the overnight guy. (They have a pile of individually wrapped Hostess danishes next to a coffee machine in the lobby.) This is a pretty major problem on Hotwire: hotels describe their amenities, then discount their rooms specifically when amenities are broken, go offline, etc. They should have what they say they have, or update their profile.

A below average hotel in Middleburg. The rooms weren't clean and the front desk wouldn't pick up the phone when called. The toilet seat was broken, the bathtub would take 5-10 minutes to completely drain, it was quite disgusting. My dog found a pill near the foot of the couch, fortunately we saw him as he started eating it and stopped him. I went to stay there with a pet and was charged a non-refundable $75 for the pet when the room charge itself was only $64. Taking a dog essentially means you're paying for an additional room you won't have access to. The hotel advertises complimentary breakfast, pool none of which were available. They didn't seem interested in addressing any of our concerns as such. The hotel stay wasn't worth the money we ended up spending, wouldn't recommend.

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would because they do not even deserve that!! When you book online they advertise a pool and breakfast. They even show pics of the buffet room however it is empty and dark and they do not have breakfast. The room was filthy. The tub had scum and hair. The toilet bowl had paper stuck on it with feces inside. Counters were never sanitized. The staff I SO rude it is appalling. When you arrive they force you to pay a deposit which is only supposed to be for guests with a pet. It is more than the cost of the room. They tell you PAY OR LEAVE!!! The following morning I used a separate credit card to buy a candy bar from front desk. I was COMPLETELY SHOCKED to find out that TWO MORE deposits were placed on this card. FRAUDULENTLY!!! In total they charged me three separate transactions for a deposit and twice for a room. They are thieves!!! Since I went to the front desk to dispute the charges she looked me in my face and said YOU SMOKED IN YOUR ROOM AND YOU NEED TO PACK UP AND LEAVE!! I am not kidding. I was in SHOCK!!!!! She said the police would be called. Oh yeah. The carpet in front of bathroom was SOAKED and smelled like it was rotten!! No matter what I did. It STAYED soaking wet. Ugh. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. THE ARE CRIMINALS THAT FALSE ADVERTISE!!! Omg how could I forget… they do not have and housekeeping!! By the way. I don’t smoke.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and nicely appointed and the kitchenette was well stocked. Other residents were also friendly. Will definitely come again.
