I was unpleasantly satisfied with this. Planet Fitnessit was open 24/7 but NOT ANYMORE and that $UCKS. It was a minor drive 🚗 but it was very easy to find ,though the area is under road construction 🚧 😑. The place has what I need to get it done. The staff working as usual was very helpful and polite 👍. My experience has been very positive with the Planet Fitness staff working. I hope that the owners are aware that it depends on how you treat them to how they treat the customers. The place was very clean and the equipment was very nice.

At first i thought, "why would i go to a gym when i have some equipment downstairs? Seems like a waste of money." But I was wrong. love working out here. It's a great atmosphere and I always feel so pumped when I'm around my friends. Speaking of, take a friend, it makes it so much more bearable. The staff is always friendly and the machines are well kept and maintained

Clean, weights are tidy, many machines to choose from and utilize, have not had any issues with finding the equipment I want or need on a given day. No lock boxes but locker room is nice you just need your own lock. Staff is helpful, they have a cushion for the bar bell behind the front desk if you just ask!

They have extremely helpful staff that helped me get a billing issue sorted. The gym itself is great! They have nearly everything a beginner needs, not sure about those who are advanced but there are more machines than I'd known existed

My favorite gym! I always feel so welcomed and comfortable! And I love chit chatting with the staff. They are the nicest, most welcoming people ever! I wouldn’t wanna go to any other gym. Always a solid 5😁

Greeted almost immediately by someone who wasn't even on the clock yet!. Made to feel comfortable and showed how to use the facility. Very nice!

I recently joined Planet Fitness and couldn't be happier with it. I mainly go to the Brunswick location. It is clean, friendly, and welcoming. Giovanna, one of the managers, is a pleasure to work with. She is friendly and genuinely interested in the entire experience for the clients. We went tonight and she was working at the front counter as well as a young man. Both were simply exceptional. The vibe they all give off makes me want to go back sooner than later. Thank you for all you do.

Amazing! New management recently took over, and has elevated this location to a whole new level. Beautiful machinery, well-maintained and squeaky-clean! We are always welcomed with an attentive smile, and we refer our many rescue partners & clients to sign up at this Planet Fitness. It is worth the extra few minutes to drive to PF Brunswick, versus the Strongsville one. We also recommend this location over the brand-new Medina branch. love this gym I really do, the workers are friendly and gym is very clean. My issue is a young man who has been given the nickname "Bag Boy" by many gym goers, has sucked up half the gym to himself. He will use benches to block off the freeweight section to have his own space. He will start a set and wander off to talk with his friends or lack thereof. He will constantly do super sets on the busiest of days resulting in equipment with his stuff left on it while he's across the gym doing another machine. It's gotten so bad to the point that multiple people I've talked to had to switch their workouts they are doing because of his presence and how he takes up space. We would all love if he was removed from the gym. Not to mention he will take roughly 4-5 sets of free weights and lay them all over the floor and leave his duffle bag in the walkway, the guy acts like he owns the place and it's quite ridiculous. Would love to see the employees put a stop to the madness he is causing.

I’ve been here several times and the gym is never clean compared to other Planet Fitnesses in the area. The lockers are always covered in a layer dust and grime and the bathrooms are almost always disgusting. Very disappointing.
