Today is move in day- I cried because I was so disappointed when I came to see my “professionally clean” apartment full of paint on the floor, even on the windows, among a door having a yellow chipped area on the bottom of it, hair all over the bathroom, chipped/missing wood kitchen cabinets… the bathroom shower handle not connected to the bathroom, among other things. The staff said they would be by to fix it, that was at 9:30 AM and nothing on that list was fixed. Don’t come expecting a clean apartment when you move in nor for the people to care. Hope this post gets me help or helps other to beware when moving in.

We moved to these apartments about a month ago after our house flooded into the unit 1611. After waiting a week to have the AT&T come and install the internet, we moved in and noticed a strong pet odor coming from the master bedroom carpet. We spent the first two nights sleeping in the master bedroom, but had to move our mattress to the family room because of the bad smell. We notified the management and the maintenance person came over. They asked us to move all of the master bedroom furniture out and next day our carpet was cleaned once again (they told us it was cleaned before we moved in, which I believe it was). The odor disappeared for a few hours but started up once again as the carpet dried up. We complained to management once again, this time they sent maintenance over with the ozone machine. The ozone machine was turned on while we were still in the apartment! This could have made us sick. I unplugged it from the wall and ran it a couple of times while we were out. The machine did very little to help with the odor. We are still sleeping in the family room. The management won't help us because the carpet LOOKS clean, and I agree it looks clean. But the smell of either the cat urine or dog fur oil/dandruff in the carpet is unbearable. We had our friends over this past weekend, and they ran out that room. It was embarrassing. We keep the master bedroom doors shut, windows open, and the crack under the window stuffed with towels. I think the management won't do anything because we are here short term. Basically, they are treating us and our insurance as a cash cow considering we are paying almost $2000/month in rent (I think normally it's around $1300/month for this unit). Basically we are paying almost $2000 for one bedroom apartment. We are here on short term basis, but to those who are thinking about singing a year lease, I can only wish better luck.

Probably the rudest staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Rude rude rude girls. The manager won’t even speak to you. She makes staff relay messages. No one knows anything and gives false information. Honestly shocked at how horrible the welcome was, didn’t even view the property. Just left. I don’t make a habit of writing reviews but i felt compelled to for this one. Won’t ever recommend the property. Hope you find better staff soon.

The good Unit: Maintenance response is always very prompt. Nice appliances. Big closets. In unit W/D. No sliding doors or vertical blinds. Lots of cabinet space. Community: Great place for dogs with lots of space for long walks. Great pool, gym and clubhouse. The community is quiet and safe. The lawns are well-maintained. Snow removal is decent in the winter. The bad: Unit: There are permanent paint splatters on the laminate floor, the dishwasher is not secured to the counter, the toilet is loose, the closet doors do not close properly, and the exterior door to the patio does not close properly. There is a shoddy drywall repair to previous water damage on my living room ceiling. There was an active water leak from the ceiling into my kitchen pantry shortly after I moved in. My bathtub is old and looks dingey no matter what I use to clean it. Community: There are often children playing in the parking lot, which I don't mind, but I do worry for them, as residents drive too fast. My building has ample parking, but there are at least 20 feet of stairs to get inside from the back to the *first floor* if you don't get a spot in the front. TL;DR Great for dogs. Good enough for their owners, but underwhelming for the price.

I just moved into this apartment nothing was clean I had to have them come in and paint the baseboard because those weren't clean I had to wash the blinds and the windows myself there was spilled laundry soap in the bathroom nobody cleaned it there was someone else's hair all over the floor the oven itself was clean but the racks were dirty they said they would replace them and I'm still waiting. The the patio doesn't have a gate on it so the dogs can't go out there and they told me I could put up boards myself I shouldn't have to do anything this is a huge disappointment for me. They didn't even paint my front door nor did they paint the partial partition on the patio Unfortunately I have to live here for 12 months but I would recommend anyone looking at these apartments to turn around and walk away Take your money elsewhere the 1 good thing about these apartments they have a great dog park but that's the only thing good

Won’t be renewing my lease after 2 years. Disappointed with the lack of luxury and ongoing restricted residential access to amenities like the Clubhouse. (7 months and counting). Office staff reports that residential key fobs are not working— yet they work for the package center door. Rent has increased over the last calendar year +$200 per month; with little to no improvements to the property. At night, lack of adequate lighting in parking lot / walking paths, rodents/ raccoons in dumpsters throughout the year. Good luck Charlie

+In unit W/D, dishwasher -All packages are sent to the package room, not doorstep. +Hallways: in the process of being repaired -But left with a bunch of smelly plaster patches -Rent increased over $200/ month while I was living here for 2 years, with little to no improvements made to the living community/ property. -Utilities are not included, factor in about $70-$80 for water, garbage, etc. +Fiber internet is available thru AT&T. -Bathroom: lots of paint splatter, fans are extra noisy and make a grinding sound. -Bugs are able to get in any time of year. -Poorly insulated units -Landscaping is sub-par, garden beds are maintained at the entrance drive, but no where else throughout the community. -Raccoons are often spotted in the dumpsters on Windsor Drive, even during the daytime. +Plenty of parking in Windsor Dive -About 20 feet of uneven stairs with rusted out railings to climb before reaching ground floor of apartment buildings -Not a lot of drainage for rainwater -Gutters on buildings and garages are either clogged or broken, they hang low and leak for days after storms -I do worry about the children frequently playing in the parking lots in which residents drive too fast. -Office staff isn’t too friendly. Doesn’t greet residence or ask how they can help. Makes residence feel like a burden. +Maintenance staff is friendly -Maintenance staff utilizes golf carts to get around the property, those vehicles use the roadways (in which residents drive fast) and lack headlights, and turn signals. Staff does not use traffic hand signals to indicate turns or stopping. Golf carts also utilize car parking spaces in front of residential properties. +Pictures of units are nice online.. -Restricted access to clubhouse (only during office hours) -High resident turnover rate, people moving in and out frequently- some units sit empty for months •Disappointed and regret with my decision to live here, you get far less in quality than what you pay for. $$$$

Lived here for 8 months now. The staff were helpful throughout the entire move in process. The gym is always in great condition whenever I use it. When my apartment had a problem with the drain, they repaired it very quickly. Overall very pleased with the money I spent. I would love to stay longer if I could.
