For an $18 car wash… I’d expect my vehicle to have been cleaner than what it was after going through. In Michigan, the car wash in our town had people that would check the quality of the wash after you pulled out and shine the tires.Also, this was one of the quickest automatic car washes I’ve ever been through. They do have free vacuums for after your car wash which is nice.

One of the nicest dealerships in the area. People treat you very well and my experience with the service shop in the past has been very fair. I would really like to buy all future cars from here.

If you own a Lexus, car washes are free. They offer towels to clean your windows, free vacuums, air freshener and even a biscuit for your doggy.

The process for drop off and pick up is quick and efficient. They provide you with a detailed report of services. My car runs so smoothly. I love owning a Lexus and visiting Metro Lexus.

It's a nice and conveniently way to wash and vacuum your vehicle. They use good quality soaps and free air freshener and little towels to wipe your mirrors before you enter the wash. At the end of the wash you can vacuum your vehicle and wipe down your mirrors in the parking spots provided. The only reason I gave it four stars is because all the money you pay them, they are only open until 5 or 6pm. I work long hours and they close when I get off work thank God they are open on weekends, but for limited time slots so beware of those times. Closing at the suggested time was an issue. I addressed to them that they closed 10 minutes early, but they handled it that same day. Over all, I recommend this service it's a great convenience when your on the go like I am.

Professional staff, quick service, comfortable waiting room to do work in. Friendly employees all around asking if any assistance is needed. It was my 10k check up and the service was excellent and the car was returned all washed and ready to go !

The team at Metro Lexus always goes above and beyond for their customers. I had some unfortunate damage on my car and one of the managers jumped in my car right away to drive it to the Lexus approved body shop they use. The appointment was just for a regular scheduled service and alignment. They are busy and efficient, and they work with a smile.
