Dr. Shane Clark is the consummate professional. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable and explains things very clearly. It is no wonder new patients currently have to wait almost a year to get an appointment. It is well worth the wait. I completely trust Dr. Clark's expertise and recommended treatments.

Are you looking for a billing nightmare? If yes.. you have found the right place! I have never had such an horrible experience with the provider before where they sent my labs to someone not covered by the network that the doctor is covered by. Now I have $400 in labs that my insurance refuses to cover because it’s not their fault that the doctor office sent to a lab that’s not in network. Then, when I called the office about this there was absolutely no empathy or genuine care given by the staff. Next, my bill arrived from some outside source. I made arrangements with them for a monthly payment. I made one payment and now I’m getting a call from a “new” billing location! The Dr Shane is nice, I’ll give them that. But he spoke over my head about most things then I left the office with no paperwork about what was said or why I had a mole removed. When I got a call the lady spoke quickly and I had no clue what anything meant. She just wanted off the phone. So I called back for a write up and once again the staff was unfriendly. Also I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen post my appointment time. Never will I return to this office. I would highly recommend you find another as well!
