Tommy was amazing and did such beautiful work on my hair. He was very friendly and personable, he took the time to sit down and ask me exactly what I was looking to have done and worked with me when I asked for his input on a cut for my waist length hair just to freshen it up. The balayage, purple dye, and haircut all came out absolutely amazing and he did a beautiful job styling it. I haven't needed to find a stylist in probably 17 years so I was nervous and Tommy was absolutely wonderful and helped me feel totally at ease and confident in his work. I'm looking forward to coming back when it's touch up time!

She also gave me the best blow out I've ever had! My old stylist moved and I'm happy to have found someone I can trust to maintain my blonde!

My stylist was Sarah and she did an amazing job! She took off a little bit of length which is what I requested but she did an amazing job of thinning out my hair b/c it was so thick & heavy! I recently celebrated my 6 year hair anniversary with Colleen Blanch-Bock and I legitimately ask myself how I ever survived without her. She is a hair wizard. A sage. A beacon of light after weathering decades of hair storms. Am I being dramatic? Perhaps a bit, but when I tell you there’s not a stylist on this planet that cares more about her clients’ happiness and the integrity of their hair, I mean it. I’m not the easiest of clients — one day I want to be beachy blonde and the next day I’m feeling rich chocolate tones. A “cut it, but don’t actually cut it” kinda girl. Colleen takes it all in stride and somehow manages to give me the hair of my dreams EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. She is collaborative and consultative— a true master of her craft. I fly from nyc 4 times a year just to see her and in return, I’m blessed with the longest, shiniest healthiest hair I’ve ever had. Thank you Colleen!!!

I have gone to Scott (Co-Owner) for more than a decade before he, his wife and brother started R Collective. I have always loved Scott and the whole team at R Collective - today, my son got his first haircut, and, even at such a hip, trendy, adult salon, they took great care of my 16 month old son. Scott and the whole team are great - highly recommend!

I loved Zoe!! She was super kind, funny and especially efficient and gentle with my hair. I went in expecting to stay for maybe 4-5 hours dyeing and cutting, but she got me out in a little less than 3! Everyone else at the salon was also very sweet :) Send everyone you know here! I’ll be back again!
