To start, check in took nearly an hour and a half due to 1 lone employee, and a huge rush coming as a result of flight cancellations. The only positive I can really say here is Diana (the lone employee) maintained a positive attitude and was friendly and polite. I was quite impressed to see she was so friendly dealing with a huge line of irate guests. After check in, things did not get much better. The rooms are a bit small, especially the bathroom. Also as previously mentioned there is what appears to be black mold in the shower. The room also was not equipped with the proper toiletries only having two full sized towels and no body wash. Overall this property had a lot of potential should management give it proper staffing, and they renovate the bathrooms. Will not stay again.

Dan the bell man met us at the Airport and picked us up in the shuttle. There is not a kinder human I have met in a hotel stay. He was kind professional and courteous. We for in late and he offered to get us anything we needed (we had two small kids with us) he really went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. There was a issue with our booking and front desk solved it without a hitch. All and all a 10 out of ten would recommend and will be staying again. As long as I can book around Dan's work schedule.

This is a nice hotel. I slept here and left my car here while flying out of the airport and was satisfied with my experience. I came to this hotel, dropped my car off, and took a shuttle to the airport. Once my vacation was over, I came here, checked in, and went to my room. My room was clean and had comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. After sleeping here I checked out, satisfied with my experience. I gave this hotel five stars because it has nice rooms, I was able to drop my car off here before my vacation but only sleep here after my vacation, and because it has a free airport shuttle. This hotel has a unique architectural style and has balconies built into some of the rooms, which I thought looked quite cool.

Hotel is definitely a hidden gem we just ran into some issues with not being able to find a bathroom near the lobby , at least 1 elevators was out of order. The pool water was a perfect temp not cold at all. The rooms were clean and a decent size. Never got to try the breakfast nor the restaurant but it looked cool.

I have to say, we stayed here this past weekend… The hotel is beautiful & the rooms are cozy! This is a full service hotel, and I didn’t know what that meant exactly until we stayed here. The front desk Receptionist was super nice & helpful. Mr. Alex was wonderful from the moment we arrived. Very helpful & informative. He was great, and treated us like family. Same with Shauna in the Restaurant, she also was amazing! Made sure we were good and kept checking on us. Took time to chat, even tho she was busy. Much appreciated from all aspects of Customer Service from the employees here - they need raises. They are wonderful! Highly recommend and we WILL be back!

This crown has lost most of its jewels. Worn carpets, broken elevators, multiple leaks in the roof, out of service toilets in unkempt bathrooms make a statement that this place is no longer what it used to be. Many of the photos (such as the pool) posted here are not really of this hotel. Rooms were left dirty and little things like getting fresh towels or toilet paper seemed only available upon request even if they "cleaned" the room. Still I will say that the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and it is only a few minutes from the airport. These things plus a great shuttle driver rescue it from a lower score. Worth a stay? I will leave that up to you.

Would not stay again and recommend you don't either. Getting into our room took over an hour and three trips through the check in line. The door to our room was broken when we arrived. Maintenance took care of it quickly (began right away but still took 45 minutes to fix), but the front desk did nothing. We weren't given a time estimate for repairs or an offer to switch rooms even though it was late and we were traveling with a small child. While waiting the manager on duty was rude to everyone who called and people were calling corporate to switch hotels because of the conditions. Also only 1 of the 3 elevators is working and the room chairs and carpet were not vacuumed. No safety measures for covid exist even though they are advertised on the third party booking site we used. We had planned a trip to the pool for the morning before we arrived but will skip based on the conditions of the hotel.

If I could give no stars I would, the lady was nice and helpful however, My husband and I booked a room here after attending a birthday party for our cousin. This room was very trifling. Upon entry, the lobby smelled like raid bug spray once we got up to our room it smelled strongly of raid bug spray. Not thinking much of it, we walked into our room and it still smelled, we decided to use the restroom and while in there the hand towel had a huge ball of hair on it, the drain on the tub was very rusty, there were multiple cracks in the ceiling. This room is very outdated and nasty. We feared we would bring home bed bugs so we checked out within 10 minutes. After expressing my discomfort to the staff member at the front desk, she offered to exchange our room but we were so turned off by the whole atmosphere we declined. Unfortunately, she informed us that she could not check us out until 11 so we basically wasted $260 because the room was trash and we ended up driving 3 hours back home.

My company booked us here. I had read the reviews and concluded that this place was going to suck. I was pleasantly surprised. It's actually a nice place. The shuttle driver was friendly and answered any questions we had about the area. Hotel staff was also helpful and courteous. The rooms are small but decent. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side. There is a mini fridge but no microwave. There is an on-site restaurant/bar. The food is actually pretty decent. Very friendly waitstaff. Overall my stay was very pleasant. I really can't understand why the reviews were so bad?

Not a place I would return to or recommend to a friend. It was built in the 1970's formerly the Holiday Inn and it's now showing it's age. The photo below shows a broken door covered in cardboard next to the pool. A friend traveling with me returned from the pool to find her door wide open. She checked her luggage and was lucky to find nothing was missing. She asked for a new key. They ran out of food in the banquet room and the A/C was broken the night of our event. They did not provide us with bar soap and said it was on back order. We had to use tiny bottles of shower gel to wash our hands. The noise level was pretty high. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I recommend the Hampton Inn down the street where I stayed a few years ago. It was really beautiful for about the same price.

Our rooms was dusty, the tub drain was EXTREMELY slow, restaurant staff was Great. They stayed and waited on us as we dismissed from our conference at about 10pm. The restaurant closed at 11pm an about 40 of us converged on them and they took great care of us without an attitude. There was a light out in our bathroom, they sent a guy right up to change it. There was no microwave in the room. All in all it wasn't a bad experience.

A male housekeeper entered my room the morning before I had checked out with a key he had. He had no housekeeping equipment with him, just a clipboard, and I had not checked out with the front desk yet. I did not have an automatic checkout set up. I was obviously still in the room. He knocked and entered more quickly than I could get to the door--and he knocked quietly, at first I didn't know it was my door anyone was at. When I went to pick up my phone to call for help, I discovered it had been disconnected! I was told the issue was a language barrier; he spoke English with an accent, but very well. My bathtub was clogged and filled up during the shower. Two of the three lights in the bathroom were burned, which made it dark and and hard to see. The window curtains were stained and didn't want to open. I was told a manager would contact me, but no one has. Two of the three elevators were broken, so wait times were poor.

Here for a Military Ball. Our room was on the first floor, King bed with a balcony. Very tall ceilings and roomy. The room definitely could use some updating. The walls had paint peeling, sliding balcony door didn't close all the way, so their was a draft, and the lock needs replaced. The lock was just a hand made lock, that could easily be broken. No view from the balcony, slightly private. Definitely could be updated. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom of any hotels I've been too. Especially with the size of the room. It could use some updating and cleaned better. The elevator was out of service, so we had to take the stairs. Not fun, in a long dress and heels. Nice restaurant and full bar downstairs. Didn't get to experience, but looked very nice. Few coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Staying here currently. Old hotel, needs remodeling, fresh paint, and a really deep clean. The pool area was disgusting. Hair balls, green slime, and nastiness everywhere on the deck with floating nastiness in the water. Not good for kids. 🤮 Our shower/tub in the room was very slow draining. Would not stay here again. As a long time IHG rewards member, I wouldn't stay here again even with a free (rewards night) room.

It wasn't great.. the hotel served its purpose in giving us somewhere to sleep while in town for a wedding, but we would not go back. The first impression was that it was an old hotel that had some remodels maybe 10-20 years ago. It was mostly clean for what it was, but i definitely didn't feel comfortable or relaxed. The price is far too high for what was offered. Some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, some rust on the shower head, and a few stains on the bed and curtains but nothing too disgusting just an old place. What got the low rating is we went to a wedding and the night we came back from the event the door to our room was open. This was sketchy, to say the least, but when we checked everything, nothing seemed to be missing, but I was absolutely uncomfortable sleeping there that night. That same night, the fire alarms in the building started going off at like 2am, and this went on for what felt like an hour with no explanation or evacuation for the guest. I'm glad it wasn't a major fire if there was one at all. It would have been a horrible place to die, lol.

This place is disgusting. Bed bugs, mold in the bathroom, our sheets had a blood spot on them, elevators are junk, rooms were hot, refrigerator was trash. I would sooner sleep in my car than ever stay at this specific hotel ever again. I understand cheaper places will not have quite as many amenities as something that’s $400 a night, but this place isn’t even clean.

The rooms and hotel were very clean, although rather outdated, and the location and shuttle to the airport were good. However the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything in the room next to us all night long. The bathroom water never got hot either. With all the hotels in the area, we won’t be returning.

Pool and sauna out of order because the PH was off???? Sounds lazy. Coffee was horrible, toilet paper, 2 rolls, nearly empty. Toilet handle came out of the tank first flush. The rate that "includes" breakfast is only for 2 adults per room. We couldn't utilize the offer because we had kids. Also, there was no disclosure of the "hold" put on the cards for reserving until we asked why the reservation and the bank amount were different. 5 days to return it to the card.

Pillows and sheets smelled like nasty body odor, picture in bathroom was broken, glued and hung back up, bathroom stunk of urine and restaurant/ballroom area are in basement and entire area smells moldy. This hotel is in desperate need of cleaning and updating. No microwave in rooms, refrigerator barely worked, remote for TV was crusty, had to have room key reset every, single, time I needed to get back into my room. To top it all off, the view of of our window was all the machines on the roof. For the 250 a night price tag this hotel is deeply disappointing. Not much better than a glorified roach motel. Never again. Nope. Disgusting!

Stayed one night for business. The property is older (looks like it used to be a Holiday Inn at one point) and could use some updates (particularly the bathrooms) but the room was clean and bar/restaurant on site was good with good service. Would stay again.

Pros: - Front desk. They must have new staff as the recent reviews commented negatively on them. I got checked in quickly and they set up our airport ride the next morning which left promptly on time. - Decent WiFi - Bathroom was clean. Again, recent reviews pointed otherwise but I found mine fine. Small, awkwardly designed - sure. Functional - absolutely. - Bed and pillows were nice. Cons: - Rooms AC was loud. I had to turn it off so I could sleep. - Carpets not clean. 🤢 - This place needs some TLC. It’s showing it’s age.

If you need a quiet place to sleep between flights this is it. If you plan on much else for the price, look elsewhere. Primary clientele is pilots and flight staff and they let us know that we needed to keep our kids quiet. Actually nice to have a quiet Hotel when trying to get kids to sleep! Other than that, hotel is in utter disrepair and seems short staffed. Only one of three working elevator, leaking ceiling by the restaurant, dirty bathrooms and dingy carpets, meh food, peeling paint, at least two floors ice machines not working. Pool was nice for kids but be careful. The water doesn't drain well around the pool so its really slippery for kids. Restaurant staff were really nice. For the price we paid, I'd probably look elsewhere next time.

Tina, the front desk person was the friendliest and most accommodating employee I've ever come across at a hotel. She made sure to go above and beyond to ensure our family enjoyed our stay to the fullest potential. I don't know if she's a manager or not, but she definitely deserves a promotion if not. Best hotel experience in my life and it was all thanks to Tina and the other staff working.

Clean. Friendly and courteous staff. Delicious restaurant with amazing servers. Pool was freezing and sauna door didn't seal so it doesn't heat up much (those amenities are why i chose this hotel) so i was disappointed. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

The staff was nice. The room was nice. The shower felt great. I couldn't figure the heat but I should have called them. So I was a bit cold. I couldn't figure out the lights in the room either. Still tho. It was a nice room. I feel like a second stay there would be even better. I'm sure of it. And it was the night of the storm and the driver was excellent and got me there safely.

Was only here for a conference and did not have an overnight stay so I can’t comment on the rooms and amenities. Although this hotel is very well kept, it’s quite dated. It looks like it could have been one of Cleveland’s PREMIERE hotels from the 80-90’s. There’s much to be desired by way of updating. Very clean, but very dark. The place could definitely use an overhaul to brighten things up a bit.

GOOD: Most of the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel has great service and food! The fitness room was larger than expected. BAD: I booked a King size room but had to settle for a double due to "unavailability." The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was food trash inside the nightstand drawer. At 4AM, I was awakened by a horrid smell. When I turned on the light, I was face to face with a Western Conifer Seed Bug. Which also bit me multiple times. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they were sincere. They relocated me to a king room (which I originally paid for) and issued a refund for that night. After checking out, I noticed that I was re-charged the same day I received my refund. In other words, they took their money back. I called multiple times, was given the run around before getting my bank to dispute the issue.

Wife had an early flight from Hopkins so decided to stay night before. Several choices in the area but decided on this. Glad we did! Very clean and front desk staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. Beds very comfortable. Many amenities including a bar and restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here again if needed. Thanks to employees there.
